I rarely leave reviews but I felt I had to speak on my interaction with owner/technician Claiton Pinto. Yesterday, I was walking in my neighborhood for the first time in a few months due to some health issues. Due to the heat and being out of condition, I found myself sitting on the sidewalk having to take a break. Before I knew it, there was Claiton (he had been in his van after servicing a nearby home) offering me water, the A/C in his van & even to drive me home. I could not believe how kind he was to a complete stranger… As it turned out we were not strangers to each other! We eventually realized that Claiton had been my pest control tech over 20 years prior when he worked for another company. Unbelievable! I can tell you that back then he got rid of a terrible roach problem we had after we moved into our home. He was always honest, professional, thorough & punctual. He eventually took on other responsibilities with that company and was no longer my tech but I’ve always remembered how pleased I was with his work. It is obvious to me that Claiton still has all the great character traits that I remember & I can vouch for the quality service provided 20+ years ago. While I’m happy with my current pest control company, if I ever feel the need to change, you best believe my first call will be to Extra Mile!

Just want to take a moment to write about y experience with extra mile, i had two different episodes one with rats and one with termites, both times, they send me Murilo, what a great guy, did everything he need to do, and more, without asking he came for a follow up...One of a kind!!! Horrible...Asked them to give an estimate of the service I wanted at my tenants house. They ended up talking my tenant into a expensive contract. I wanted a full refund because my tenant paid in advance. They said the couldn't give full refund because they preformed a service.. I told the women that I called to set up an estimate and what the hell was the women thinking. She then informed me that they do not use that language in their office...sorry but FRAUD is the word they use in that office. STAY AWAY. Fraudulent and very expensive..for one spray and 2 trap boxes they charged $165. STAY AWAY!!

Needed to have some raccoons trapped. Used before, did excellent job and great care with critters.

I had a palmetto bug infestation that the former pest control service did not resolve. I am extremely pleased with the results and follow up service that I received from Extra Mile. Don't let anyone tell you that palmetto bugs in the home are just part of living in south Florida or on the water. Call Extra Mile!

Seriously between the owner and the staff they are all amazing!! They are always available by text messages will answer any questions you have and work around your hours. I’ve had many pest controls over the 9 years I lived in my house I will never look at another.

I would highly recommend the Extra Mile Pest Control Service to anyone. This is the second time I have used them and JB who serviced our house for a sugar ant problem was very competent and a nice chap all round. He did not try and over sell the services provided and was polite and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call them any time I am in need of any assistance in the future.

Hands down the best! My wife called me on a Friday afternoon yelling at me the we had bed bugs in our daughters room. After hearing the distress in my voice they calmed me down and had someone over that day.

I live out west. Just bought a home. I thought there was no way to get rid of all the insects...They did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the result. No insect or bugs in the home at all! They took care of my Yard as well. First 2 weeks was rough, but I can notice the difference now. Would recommend.
