Love working with the Longmont Total Turf Care. They do an excellent job of assessing lawn and watering issues and implementing solutions. I first used them last spring to evaluate an adjust my lawn sprinkler system and the difference in my lawn was amazing!

Total Turf took great care of my yard this 2025 season. They sent appointment reminders ahead and always completed the work as scheduled. They were always timely in their response to special requests. I look forward to contracting with them again for the 2026 season.

Great job w the sprinkler blowout.

The guy who came out didn’t finish the job. He blew out most the water in the sprinklers, but We still had to go back and drain the pipes and blow out what was left. He called his boss and tried it five different times. I don’t think he understood me when I told him he had to use pliers to open the pipes to drain them.

Total Turf is reliable and professional. The keep the lawn in a beautiful state. Fantastic company!

Total Turf is an awesome company! They took the time to complete my sprinkler blow out with no issues. They also took the time to teach me how to do it with my own equipment so I can possibly save money in the long run! They are truly the best at what they do!

Great service for sprinkler blowout. Came during the scheduled window and figured out how to blow out all zones without requiring my assistance (which previous companies I've used did not do). Also pleasantly surprised that when I went out to turn the valves to 45 degrees after they left, I found they had already done this.

Amazing! First time home buyer and had no idea where to start with getting my sprinklers blown out. They walked me through, got me scheduled. The tech that came out to do everything was very perfessional and polite. He helped figure out where everything was!

Total turf tech arrived timely, and gave me a call beforehand to let me know tech was on his way. Sprinkler blow out for season was performed quickly and efficiently; tech even took the time to show me how to turn the sprinklers back on in the spring if I so choose. Total turf was also more reasonably priced than other similar services I had contacted. Give them a call for your sprinkler needs; I was very pleased with their service!

Used for a season and had overall a very poor experience. Scheduling was always a headache for some reason. On one service I was told it would be the same day as another service, then when it didn’t happen was told it would happen another day that didn’t work for me. Then told it would happen another day only to have it happen on a different day. Good luck keeping it straight. I have grass growing in my rock beds (that they treat for weeds….) from indescriminate overseeding Power seeding scraped my lawn down to bare dirt in spots in late summer when I have no chance to repair before winter. Lawn weed control was ineffective Cannot recommend them

They're not straight about completing the work requested. One zone wasn't checked/fixed for the last couple of years and charged on my bill. The coverage range was only a couple of feet. Eventually another company found a leak and repaired it. I would recommend looking elsewhere, or at the very least getting another opinion when something doesn't seem right. They never scheduled enough time for my large property. Very disappointing.

They didn't do anything with the weeds and charged us $1800 to lay mulch. Weeds are still everywhere. We called them back and their own employee said it was a horrible job. I asked them to come back to do the right job and they ignored me. Just a bad company or crack business because one guy looked like he just got out of prison.

Never showed up for scheduled and confirmed appointment. Then sent me a billing invoice. Look elsewhere for lawn care. Apparently this business doesn't have it's stuff together.

They were great for us last summer, but this year they sent an invoice for a service they didn’t provide. I might be wary of using them in the future - their email address rejects all messages, they don’t publish their phone number on their site and the only address showing is a PO Box. I guess I would say buyer beware.

They required we sign a contract for the mow service for the season. A few weeks in they told us that they had only looked online to bead out the size of the lawn, it's bigger than they thought and they are canceling the contract immediately. Before this rift I left messages for them about a few things and they never called back. It's hard to catch a human being there. And clearly their ethics are questionable. When they sent the final bill it was $48 more than it should have been to boot. Cascading untrustworthiness. Oh, and they never apologized for canceling on us. Where is the humanity in this world?

Sent me an invoice for something they never did..! pain in the backside trying to contact and schedule with them as wel!

They didn't look at the job before coming so it turned out to be more than they had equipment for.

Had many bad visits where newly planted landscaping was destroyed. Owner addressed the issues and replaced and also replanted. However it happened again afterwards so we terminated service. Much happier now with a father/son duo who take the proper time and care. One last thing... appearance goes a long way and tt staff didn't do well with that. Bad.
