I was in the process of selling my home and the inspector found evidence of mice droppings in my small attic above the garage, which prompted a request from the buyers to have a further inspection done. I had two companies come out and they hired their own. Chris was the first person to inspect and it was lovely experience. He inspected the area and also walked the property for entry points and other issues. He was satisfied that the droppings were most likely old but he set some traps to see whether there was any activity and then returned a couple days later to check. The same day Chris came the second company showed up. I wasn’t getting the best vibes but let him do his thing. He climbed up on the ladder and straight away said I had a massive infestation and he saw 6 mice in the less than 5 minutes he stood there. He quoted me anywhere from $4500-$12K to fix the issue. He didn’t walk the property and spent about 15 minutes with me before leaving. A third company came and found much the same as Chris. I was so happy to meet Chris and he put my mind at ease, not to mention he was honest which is sadly a difficult trait to find sometimes, especially as a single woman. I have no trouble giving Prime Pest Solutions the highest recommendation!

We were having issues with box elder bugs and clover mites and it was a huge help having them treat the interior and exterior of the house. We had a couple of wasp and yellow jacket nets as well as a big ant problem in our house and Chris took care of everything the day after I called! We had another wasp nest pop up a week later and Chris came right out and took care of it. I highly recommend Chris and Prime Pest! They are the best!
