Zero stars. On February 2nd, EcoShield installed a new seal on the bottom of our garage door. During the install, the technician adjusted the door so it would “seal as tightly as possible.” That adjustment caused one of the rollers to scrape against the track, and the garage door now does not open or close properly. The problem was created by EcoShield’s technician. Since that date, we have called every single day attempting to get this corrected. Every time we contact the call center, we are told to “keep our phone line open” and that someone will call us back. No one ever does. On February 20th, after escalating our frustration, we were explicitly told that a technician would be coming out that day. No one showed up. No phone call. No explanation. Nothing. We have been loyal customers for over four years. This is how long-term customers are treated when something goes wrong. Our sales representative, Josh Hall, does not respond to texts or phone calls. The main office does not respond. The call center continues to make promises that are never fulfilled. At this point, this is not miscommunication — it is a complete failure of accountability and customer service. A functioning garage door was damaged during their service. The repair is straightforward. The refusal to respond is not. We will be canceling all services immediately and disputing any future charges if necessary. I strongly advise anyone considering EcoShield to think carefully about what will happen if you need follow-up service — because based on our experience, once they have your money, responsiveness disappears. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we have ever had.

Just witnessed your pest control driver aggressively drive over a median and damage the truck while almost coming close to colliding with a parked truck. This took place in the alley between 17th Clarkson St and Emerson st.

Avoid this company! I called them to cancel after 4 quarters as the product does not work. We have more spiders than before they started. Also, the agreement is a scam...When I called to cancel they told me that I will need to pay another fee to cancel as I was given a "discount" when I signed up so I need to pay for a 5th treatment. Poor product. Deceptive practices.

Even with a very prominent sign stating DO NOT DISTRUB, DO NOT SOLICIT, DO NOT SELL. Your rep, "Stuart", continued to ignore it and ring our doorbell and knock on our door 3 different times in a 2 hour period. I finally answered the door to confirm that he could read, which he could, which just confirmed that he intentionally ignored our sign and request, multiple times.

The employees lie about what they do and they don’t approach the customer. Their customer service is bad.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The sales people are great and very convincing...then you get low end techs that come out for 5 min, doing god knows what. They made a mess of my interior windows by spraying chemicals around them and it's all over the glass! NO value... 5 min of service is absolutely pathetic. I was told the "egg cycle" service was included in the first payment but now they just charged us another $179. Unreal and now I have been on the phone with customer service where they just lead you in circles and they act clueless!!!! They just take your MONEY!

This is not an honest company. We agreed to one time service and the representative tricked me into signing a long term care plan. Don’t ever use this company if you don’t want to sign up for long term care

Very polite and reassuring when it came to there products quality. Would recommend to a friend very reasonable price.

Worst company ever - they do not respect your NO - when I tried to cancel the service they kept offering discounts and pestering me about keeping it and finally I just had to hang up and flag them with my bank account. AVOID!
