I waited today for over four hours and they didn’t show up and didn’t call. And then had the nerve to ask me tk reschedule . We had an emergency. Do t hire this company if you have an emergency going on

Ryan and his assistant were great! He explained everything very clearly, did most of the challenging issues and was very safety minded. My concern is that they left two wasp nests that needed to be done. I was expecting that a large company would provide the necessary equipment to do tough challenges. They also couldn't do after spraying of the highest wasp nests, again equipment needed. I'm looking forward to the followup he said will be made.

If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. But it is what it is have come to expect. When Enviropest was sold to Northwest Exterminating, the quality went downhill. I used to pay them for monthly pest service, termite traps, and mosquito service. The communication is terrible. I got billed for service visits that weren’t performed. Their notes said there were empty termite bait stations, but no one could fill them because they constantly showed up without the locator or bait. When you asked them to replace traps, or place additional ones, they left without doing the work. Their employees were rude. When Kevin showed up, he started to perform services I had not approved. When I told him that, and asked to speak to his supervisor, he said “Sure, call them,” and left.

Enviorpest is the biggest scam. They did a thermal treatment and promised erradication of clothing moths. Instead they ruined the kitchen floors as well as our shades due to placement of the heater. They never got the home to the temp of 130 degrees, the home only reached 86 degrees as noted by the nursery monitor, the treatment failed and the moths continued to replicate. They offered us a full refund however we have not received it nor will they return any of our calls, it has been 3 weeks. Please don't let them sell you on their terrible service, it has been such a stressful time between the failed treatment and the damage to the home.
