Jeff came and set traps but never followed up with disinfecting. Did not respond to calls or emails after 3 weeks.

Pest Mafia did a thorough assessment and identified entrys point for mice into our 1990s home, he installed barriers to gaps in our house he'd identified and our problems went away. Two years later we got a fresh batch of mice, he came out, identified new access points from decaying areas in the garage, resolved the issues and once again we haven't had a single mouse! The customer service we experienced with past Mafia is one of the best examples of quality that you could experience in today's society. We're so glad they're part of our community and definitely recommend them!

Jeff was amazing. He treated our house for stink bugs and box elder bugs once and eliminated the problem entirely. He also sealed up the holes around our crawlspace so we couldn’t hear little footprints all night long. Highly recommended!

Jeff is one of the most kindest, most knowledgeable specialists I've met. I always say, you request a pest specialist and when Jeff shows up, you get a biologist and a specialist. I'm grateful to have met Jeff and he'll remain on my short list for as long as he's in business. Mice, birds, bees, rabbits, rats, racoons..he's helped with it all.

After contacting another company and paying a ridiculous amount of money, we still had issues with mice finding their way inside of our home during the fall. Pest Mafia came and for a fraction of the price, he was able to find a substantial hole where they were getting in and cover it. No pesticides, no bait stations and guess what? No mice. Not even one. They know what they are doing. Don't waste your money with other companies. Thank you so much for your help Pest Mafia. You have given us peace of mind and we couldn't be happier.

Professional, helpful, and prompt. It was great how Jeff walked us through the process, what to expect, and what we can do to mitigate issues in the future.

Jeff is my go to pest control provider! I appreciate he prioritizes investigating & stopping entry points into the home (solving the problem) rather than throwing a bunch of chemicals at a symptom. He is a true professional & uses humane traps that don’t see animals suffer needlessly.

When another pest control company could not figure out where mice were coming in, and in fact only layed bait traps that made matters worse, I called Jeff out of desperation. Despite being very busy and in high demand, he empathized with my concerns and made it a point to get me on his schedule as quickly as he could. He then assessed the situation and was able to immediately identify and seal up the entry points. He was friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! At that point I would have pretty much paid anything, but his charge was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact him should we need him again!

I would not recommend using these services at all. Jeff came out and sealed the exterior mice problems, when he was told that there were still mice indoors, he went ahead and accused me of not knowing how to set traps. If you pay for something you should be professional and see things through. Not collect someone’s money and refuse to do anything further. Completely rude it’s not the way you treat people at all. I never stated that I didn’t know how to set traps I have all the text messages saved and I never said that. You putting words in my mouth is a very ugly way to handle customer service. Do I have your permission to share the text messages? I gladly will if you accept permission for that. You are correct I didn’t pay for the service but that’s irrelevant, nobody deserves to be treated the way you treated me. Reputation and honesty are paramount in running a business.

Jeff was wonderful in helping us with a yellow jacket nest by our AC unit and he sprayed around our house for bugs, spiders, etc. The yellow jackets were coming into the basement and we have someone in our home who is allergic if they get stung. He was able to make time the following day and texted us before arriving (not always possible). He was quick, and thorough while explaining to us the process. He's very busy (a great sign) and does not charge a subscription fee like the bigger competitors. Highly recommend him for pests and he will be our person moving forward when we need something.

This week we had a near-miss with a hidden yellow jacket nest very close to our front door. They began swarming when my son was inches away. It shook us all up. Jeff was super prompt returning my call, incredibly easy to communicate with and he squeezed me in the very next morning to eliminate the problem. In fact, he would have come sooner except for an issue on my end! He was our hero and his quote was less than competitors who would have waited at least three extra days to come. If I ever have an issue with wildlife again or know anyone else who needs help I’ll be thrilled to send the business to Pest Mafia.

The owner came first time to remove the wasp nest but the problem did not go away. Called him three more times to reschedule, he kept promising to get me on the books, never did. Just unprofessional and have done a half-done job.

So glad I used this company. The owner, Jeff has many years of experience and resolved my issues involving wildlife and bats on my property. Very reasonable and honest. Great company.

These guys are awesome. I'm fighting a terrorist mouse. They sealed the house up and set some traps. They helped me calm down about my situation, I followed them around asking lots of questions. Jeff (the owner) responded within 30 minutes to my email asking for help on a Sunday night. They arrived exactly on the agreed upon time. They brought with them good humor and lots of tools to help me win my war with the mouse. Great price for the service. Jeff even followed up at the end of the day confirming he was with me until we solve my problem. Highly recommend.

First, they were told by the HOA that their services were required, but failed to follow up when they had gotten conflicting information. The tenant had to call them directly. Then when the exterminator guy did show up he had failed to bring any traps even though he was told over the phone what kind of pest he might be dealing with. He spent almost 2 hours aimlessly walking around outside and in the basement looking for where the critter might be getting in, to no avail. Then he said he was going on vacation and would bring a cage when he got back the following week, if the pest was even still alive. He had determined that the pest was stuck in the basement because he couldn't find an entry. Which didn't make any sense given the fact it had been there for over 3 weeks, had no food or water sources in the basement, would already have died, and didn't match what he said to the HOA folks. After he left, he reported to the HOA that he had left something behind to determine if the pest was getting in through a hole, just to make it sound as if he had done something, which he had not. 21 Sep 2019, Attached is a photo of the bag the pest control guy put in place and a screen shot of the message he sent me this morning regarding my review. After the pest has been taken care of I will post an update (either good or bad) of the overall service provided by Pest Mafia. 23 Sep 19, Somehow the pest, which we now know was a kitten (see attached picture), made its way onto the main floor. Animal Control was kind enough to capture and remove the kitten. The kitten was on its last leg and we are thankful it was captured alive and taken to the animal shelter where it will hopefully find a new home. The Animal Control person was very nice, and very professional.

I contacted Jeff because I suspected a dead mouse in our basement; he came the very next day, found multiple mice, disposed of all of them, pinpointed their entry point and sealed it - all in less than an hour! He also removed several traps that previous owners had set out around the house, explaining that they were basically ineffective and a money pit. He was informative, friendly, helpful, and we will definitely be contacting him if we ever have a pest problem in the future!

Highly recommend! Jeff was very prompt on short notice to get rid of a huge nest of yellow jackets that had worked their way into the woodwork of my house. Needed the job done prior to painters coming and he kept working on the nest coming back till every yellow jacket was gone. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Happy homeowner ... very happy painters.

Isaac was so, so helpful! My sister and I, who have absolutely no experience dealing with mice, were so grateful to have his help. He was able to come to our home quickly and set up traps that were completely safe for our pets. Explained everything he was doing along the way. We ended up just having one lone mouse in our apartment, and Isaac’s traps caught it in a matter of just a few hours! He came back several days later to remove the traps and we’re so happy to be mouse free now. I would highly recommend Isaac and Pestmafia!

Pest Mafia / Jeff was very prompt and personable. He got to my house at 7AM which worked well for both him and my schedule. Our needs were relatively minor - he answered many of my questions and got right to work. The fee was very reasonable.

Hired Jeff to fix a mice problem in my rental house. He found the pathways around the house that mice used to enter and sealed them off. His actual cost was 1/3rd less that the quote. He came across as very knowledgeable and professional. Will hire him again.

I appreciated the fact that Jeff called me back right away, and came the next day to take care of the wasp nest high up on the house. It took two applications and the third trip he did a great clean up and caulked the crack that gave them entrance. Wasps be gone!!!!

I called Jeff and he set up an appointment the same day to come and check out the noises in my attic! He was so thorough and diligent, and even fixed a beam on my house that was on the verge of falling down. Jeff figured out the suspicious guests in my attic were bats! He is extremely knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions and let me follow him around the whole time he was there. An awesome guy and an awesome company. Highly recommend.
