I first met Richard last year when he handled my termite treatment through a different company. When I discovered that the original company had permanently closed, I reached out to Richard directly. To my surprise and gratitude, he honored my existing warranty—which should have expired with the old business—and provided a free inspection and local treatment. Richard is incredibly knowledgeable about everything from prevention to active treatment. I’m thrilled he has started his own business and I highly recommend his services.

Found swarmers this year and collected several bids for treatment and TrueMite was by far the most thorough inspection and their treatment plan was very reasonably priced. They were quick to schedule it too. Highly recommend them!

Richard was professional and responsive, I found him to be very customer focused. He did an inspection in April '23, and we got a quote , we then followed up with the extermination, after comparing quotes from others. In about 6 mths Richard will follow up with a check. I think as the business owner he takes care of his customers.

Very knowledgeable & willing to answer any/all questions. Walks you through all the steps, what he finds & explains the steps needed to fix/complete the job correctly. Was initially nervous but Rick made sure to listen and help the customer feel comfortable. Great job, thank you TruMite (Rick).
