Very bad experience with this company, not showing up for consultation appointments twice. The first time I called after the inspector didn’t show up and was informed my appointment was moved without my knowledge. After the second time the inspector didn’t show up a few days later, they had no answer as to why. Would not recommend booking with them as there are many others in the area who would actually show up.

Buyer beware on termite extermination service which is a rip off. When asked to inspect and re-exterminate the infected area 10 months paying for treatment...all the layers of western sales and customer service come up with excuses on not treating the reinfected area and suggesting to pay for more service "Bait and switch!" ... never solved the infestation. Will NOT recommend a business like this to anyone.
