This company is basically a subscription scam. I originally signed up for a one time ant extermination in my backyard, and originally the sales person refused to give a one time service, insisting I had to be in a subscription and that I could just cancel the month after. I called multiple times to cancel the subscription, but each time they say they will cancel it, they come back the next month saying there’s a “mandatory last service” in the contract, or some other excuses about a 1 year minim

Horrible company. I would leave zero stars if I could. They advertise with a service fee that then is higher when you call to book it. On the phone they confirmed to me several times that it was one fee of 416 USD for 6 included visits. Then after the first visit I got hit with an additional 193 USD for just one visit and no one is "authorized" to cancel a contract.
