They just charge you, they don't do anything professionally. They just put some mouse trap for us and don't do follow up. I cannot express my disappointment with Brooks Pest Control enough. This company has been a complete scam in my experience. We hired them to spray chemicals to control pests, but they failed to uphold their contract. They never showed up for one of the scheduled services — no call, no update. When they finally did come after repeated rescheduling, the treatment was completely ineffective. We continued seeing pests around the house, and their only excuse was that we “need service every 3 months

it’s sad because the actual guy that comes out to do the services is extremely nice and does a good job. However, dealing with this company was a nightmare.
