Loved after service. If anyone is looking for attic insulation along with rodent proofing, this business won't disappoint you. This is not one of those who gives a really good outlook and then disappoint you in performance. They stick around unless YOUR problem is fixed. Especially, Ricardo (goes by Ricardo V) is one of the greatest technician. He listened intently, worked relentlessly - around the property (townhouse unit) to fix all possible entries. I am keeping my finger crossed. If you think you need rodent proofing, perhaps time to consider them - at least I'd recommend them.

When I noticed rat activity in my home, I called Attic Brothers for a service call. Ricardo came out and went above and beyond expectations in closing up gaps and checking areas for potential activity. I really appreciated his efforts.

Truly a professional organization from start to finish. This could have been a very difficult process but every step of the way they made it easy. Answered every question and concern. Very neat and clean, Put plastic and covered everything so no dirt or residue from the attic ended up in our home. I had a complete attic restoration. Mike the initial contact was so helpful and knowledgeable. Always returned my calls. The actual attic team worked all day and did a fantastic job. You'll be pleased with Attic Bros service. Attic insulation job done by Attic Bros. Ori arrived as scheduled, did an excellent job going over our needs, inspecting our attic, and explaining the job in detail. The crew, headed by Jesus, arrived promptly, finished the work efficiently and according to Ori’s job description. We are very satisfied with this company’s work.

Attic Bros installed insulation in our attic. They did a great job! All staff, from the salesman to the office to the installers, were thoroughly professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Edit: I wanted to update my review to 5 stars to reflect the great customer service Attic Bros provided. They reached out and sent their handyman, Armando, to fix the issues with our ceiling recessed lights. He was very detailed and took his time to make sure everything was working properly and back to how it originally looked. Really appreciate them making it right We worked with Michael on the day of our anppointment and were very impressed with him, which is why we chose Attic Bro for the project. On the day of the job, Jesus was the project manager. He explained the process clearly and showed us before-and-after photos of the attic once the work was completed. After the work was finished, I noticed that several of our recessed lights had been pushed down due to the air-sealing foam. I brought this to Jesus’s attention and asked if the issue could be addressed. He told me that the attic had been properly air sealed and that it was normal for the foam to push down recessed lights. After some discussion, he did ask the crew to mix some compound to make a repair. Unfortunately, the result was done poorly. Jesus then asked if there was anything else they could do. At that point, we didn’t know how to respond and said no, mainly because we were concerned that further attempts might damage the ceiling even more. While I’m confident the attic work itself was done well, it’s concerning that if this issue is considered “normal,” there didn’t seem to be a clear plan to prevent it or properly fix it afterward. I have the photo of our ceiling recess lights now and you can be the judge

Service has always been fabulous. Unfortunately, though we still haven't solved the issue with rats, so I can't give five stars . . . yet.

They did an alright job. It was prompt but a bit sloppy. Some of the details discussed during the quoting process weren’t executed and some loose ends needed to be addressed at the end of the day. I liked the idea of a highly sanitary service but noticed there were some messes I didn’t expect to clean up myself.

Vic came back for a checkup on the installation job from a couple weeks ago. He went above and beyond with reconnecting duct work and checking the air intake vent that helped with heating my home more efficiently. He did not have to do that and I am so very thankful for the integrity he shows in his work. Thank you Vic.

Attic Bros came and did a clean out and pest extraction from our attic. They were prompt, courteous, thorough and did a great job. The office staff was very communicative and helpful.

The free inspection service of attic craw space condition is pretty professional. Next day I pay for ventilation scrubbing and we are satisfying the task result but the extracting dusts fell in the floor are too much. It took us to spend 1-2 hr to clean it up thoroughly. I suggest company is able to focus on such kind of protection.

Found some damage on my baseboard. Environment is not cleaned up. A little bit disappointed

Overall the work was done well, but I had to be the "foreman" to ensure everything was done correctly in the end, which I shouldn't have to do. I found at least 10 issues that needed addressing (holes in vents, large gaps in vents, a hole dug on the side of the house that had already been pointed out by the inspector, etc). Overall they did do a good job cleaning up the attic and replacing the insulation as well as sealing all the potential entry points for vermin (after I had to point out everything missed).

My house is initially cleaned, sterilized and sealed with traps set 10 weeks ago. Since then, they have come back every 2 weeks to reset the traps and add/repair the seals. So far, the traps has caught 1 rat, but it has not reduced the amount of noise the rats and squirrels are making in the attic. In fact, with the change in weather, it has increased. So the seals were insufficient in preventing the critters from entering into the attic. The traps don't seem to be that effective in catching the critters. Last visit, all 10 traps were triggered and food taken, but no critter caught.
