Miguel came into my apartment and was so respectful to take his shoes off (he didn’t have shoe covers so he ensured he respected my space). He throughly explained what his inspection entailed, asked for details of the damage and took photos. He was fully transparent and well informed of what his company does to deal with pests! Thank you for coming to look over my home and help give me a piece of mind that it will be well taken care of!

The service progress provider rendered the service perfunctorily. I asked what pelriduct he was using and if he would leave it in writing. Said he would, but did not. He didn't wear a mask, but i had to leave the apartment for 4 hrs.

We bought a package for ants coming out of the walls in our condo complex into our living room and kitchen. Thankfully, they put an end to them as well as spraying our patios to keep the spiders at bay from our pergolas. Ricky was super sweet and friendly.

Michael did a thorough job at inspecting and placing the roach bates in all the hidden areas to ensure they don't come back.He answered all of our questions without hesitation. He was super knowledgeable, highly professional, had a wonderful, kind and amicable demeanor. The process was done in a timely manner. Zero complaints! Banner Pest Services is the best!!
