I schedule a quarterly chemical pest control treatment on the exterior of my property. Technician Jason Rivera provides excellent communication in regards to pre and post inspection as well as treatments applied. No issues with pest problems ever since Citra started pest treatment. Great service!

I really appreciate how well they communicate before each visit. Even when I can’t come to the door, they’ll text me, which makes everything easy. I’ve also always been able to let them know what to focus on seasonally—whether it’s roaches, spiders, silverfish or other issues—and they’re responsive to that. Overall, very reliable and easy to work with.

I have moved to a new address (selling the old townhouse and bought a new home), and they couldn’t transfer the service. They wanted to charge first time fee for the new address (which is fine, the representative explained why), but they couldn’t give up on contract cancellation fees in the old address, which I find completely unacceptable

When services began, a one-year agreement was established, which includes a cancellation fee if the service is ended early. This was discussed at the start and is outlined in the signed service agreement.<br>That said, although a cancellation fee typically applies, we have waived it as a courtesy and are not charging it in your case.<br>Regarding transferring services, unfortunately, we do not transfer existing plans to new properties. They don’t pick up their phones once you’re contracted with them. And they didn’t get rid of the bugs in the backyard. Waist of money.

The technical is good. But their billing and management is not good. They don't really consider customer's real life situation when they move and just stay very rigid on the terms. I respect and understand, but I don't think it's the right thing.
