I just had an inspection for termites and I'm very pleased. Rob was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Also, pointed out a few things I should do around my house. Highly recommend this company

They do good work, but have absolutely no communication skills, or really boundaries at that. We had work being done on the outside of our house, and for one they tarped off a gate that enclosed our yard without telling anyone, therefore leading to our dogs getting out. I could go on about their lack of professionalism. They walk into our home without knocking and blow up our bathroom. It’s ridiculous.

I had a great experience with TAPS Termites. Rob provided a thorough and honest inspection, confirming there were no termites in my house without trying to upsell me. He offered practical advice on dealing with wood rot and a plumbing leak that could attract termites in the future. It’s rare to find such honesty in this industry, and I’ll definitely use TAPS Termites again if needed.

We found termites on our window sill, Rob from Taps came out the same day we called and did an thorough inspection, answered all our questions, and explained the procedures in detail. Rob and Curtis came to do the treatment, and they were professional, pleasant to work with. Also everyone we dealt with either on the phone or email were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them!

TAPS inspected my house for termites and confirmed that there were dry wood termites in the Parallam ceiling beams. I suspected that there were termites in the beams because termite poop kept dropping on our kitchen counter. I scheduled a house fumigation with TAPS. They started and finished the fumigation on time. There was some minor damage: 1) a powered FM antenna was destroyed and 2) the female end of a hose came off. After some discussion with TAPS and some research on my part, I requested $2.83 in credit for the damage. TAPS offered $50 credit as acknowledgment for the time that I put in to fix the damage and my honesty. TAPS was quite reasonable to work with to solve problems. I would use them again.

I found signs of termite on my deck. Called them for a quote. One of their representative came, looked around and said that he would send a quote via email in a couple of days. After waiting for a week, I called their office to remind them. The receptionist said that she would remind the guy. Another week passed without any beep from them. Guess they have enough businesses to ignore a few. Update: Taps sent the quote this morning. Their manager reached out this evenings and explained that the inspector was sick and was unable to complete the quote. Currently, I am still waiting for additional quote but their price is good.

TAPS fumigated my house for drywood termites. They were timely, professional, responsive, and reasonable in price. They kept me fully informed throughout. The job started and ended exactly as scheduled. A pleasure to deal with this great company.

When it comes to inspecting for termites and evaluating the condition of many other aspects of your home these guys are outstanding. We had some busy little termites enjoying the delicious wood in our attic and under our sub-flooring. Taps did an extremely thorough inspection, photographed the termites in the areas in which they were located and then reviewed the photos with me. They also pointed out that a couple of our toilets were loose, that we had a small leak in one of our pipes under the house, that we had some dry rot on a fascia board in the front of our house and a couple of other issues. Their inspection report was detailed, easy to understand and gave us choices about how and what we wanted to have done. The good news was that they were able to exterminate the termites without tenting our home and their price was very reasonable and fair. Thumbs up, 5 star service!!

I have worked with Tim Denner and his staff for well over 30 years in my (previous) capacity as a Certified Senior Escrow Officer. Over the course of many years, it was easy to form an opinion of which termite companies consistently performed above the others. And Taps Termite was at the top of that list. Also, I am the Vice-President of a large HOA (Home Owners Association) and for over 30 years was ''in charge of the termites" for all the units. That means I was the one who placed every order for inspections and had the sole responsibility of authorizing any and all remedial work necessary to handle the problem...anything from subtereanean and drywood termites, to carpenter ants. Everyone at Taps treated the residents at my complex with the utmost respect and courtesy. About every 8 years the exterior of the complex was painted and Taps Termite was chosen to preform any necessary termite eradication, in advance of the painters. In 2019 we fumigated the entire project, and I, again, selected Tim Denner at Taps Termite to head up and coordinate the entire arduous project. The breadth of his and Fernando's knowledge and attention to detail, plus their pride of workmanship was evident, every step of the way. I used TAPS to tent my house late last year. Overall the tenting looked good. As far as the gas and death by gas’s to the termites “who’s to say if it worked or not” My one star is not because of that. My one star is because they broke my .chimney spark arrestor and left it broken on top of the roof without saying anything they also broke two pipes that were sticking out of the ground for irrigation and again said nothing I repaired everything myself and bought a new chimney spark arrestor and had it installed cost to me was $450 I said nothing to them however here is your review. Would not recommend them to anyone.

When I received the pest inspection report from the seller agent, I decided to let this company do the termite treatment. They are really professional, and good customer service.

Extremely Unprofessional and they're MO is to - bait & switch by overcharging you for services not rendered. They were recommended by another Home Inspection Company and after they had heard what happened...they've stopped recommending TAPS. They're apparently been taken over by new Management and hence have become extremely immoral in their dealings with customers. Use them at your own peril.
