Amaze amaze amaze! Franck came out and answered all my questions about 7 different trees on my property: why is there no fruit, what’s wrong with this one, why does one look sick, did we trim too much from this one, etc. At the end of it all I expected a bill for mucho dolares but it was all free!

Eric was the arborist that handled my project. His team of Joaquin and Jose were just great- I had 1 dead palm tree and 9 other palm trees that needed to be attended to along with 3 large trees in the front of my home that needed to be cut back and shaped. Franck came to our home to give a quote on trimming our Magnolia tree. Franck was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. The quote was reasonable leading me to hire SavATree on the spot. We’ve had other arborists care for our trees in the past so we knew what the going rate for trimming a tree as large as our Magnolia. Franck’s quote came within our budget. David (foreman) was skilled and understood what I was looking to do with removing the overhanging branches from the roof. David managed to give us a six foot clearance from the roof. Jose (groundsman) was efficient and careful in guiding the heavy branches that were being lowered to the ground. Cleanup was thorough leaving my property in excellent condition. I highly recommend SavATree to anyone looking for a reliable and quality tree company.

Franck and his team were great to work with. Originally the work was scheduled for a day and a half and they were able to complete the work in 1 day. The day of the work was garbage day and in order to access the tree their trucks were blocking some of my neighbor's garbage and recycling cans. When the garbage trucks came by they made sure to flag them down and helped to push the cans over to the trucks. Great job

It's been forever since I've experienced such amazing customer service as I had with Franck. My first impression of him was that he was courteous and professional but it just got better from there. He offered a us a free consultation which we promptly agreed to and wow, he came through! He was on time, patient with my questions, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recently had Franck Cadena (Arborist) from SavATree lead the tree trimming work at my property, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. 🌳 Franck demonstrated excellent knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. He collaborated very well with neighbors, ensured safety at every step, and managed all activities efficiently and thoughtfully. The work included Crown Cleaning and End-Weight Reduction — removing dead, weak, or diseased branches, thinning laterals to reduce excessive end-weight, and improving light penetration and air circulation. All pruning was done according to ISA standards and safety regulations, with disinfectants applied to tools to prevent the spread of disease. Franck personally remained on-site to review the scope of work and pruning cuts, ensuring full transparency and top-quality execution. Franck and his crew, led by Mario, did a pruning of my 100 year old Coast Oak. They thinned it, removed dead branches, etc. according to ISA standards. They also trimmed my 50 foot palm. They cleaned up and hauled away all the wood and debris. They were efficient, effective and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Sophia was outstanding during our initial free consultation. This is clearly a calling for her and not just a job. She understood our goals and offered helpful insight and suggestions. The team came out and made it all come true. Our beautiful heritage Japanese Maple is now balanced and shaped. Same with our orange tree, palm teee, camellia bushes, and various other small trees. This home was purchased by my parents in 1972, and with the help of SavaTree, we've done it justice!

Unfortunately, my 5 star review, before Save A Tree service was completed, needs to be amended. I felt it would be better to address my questions/concerns with Franck, the arborist, by phone rather than text. Tuesday, 5th, I called Save A Tree requesting a call from Franck. No response. I waited 3 days and called the company, again, Friday the 8th, to request that Frank call me. The gal was friendly and remembered passing along the message to Franck and said she would contact him again. No call. The company, itself, is responsive and easy to contact.

Oh, well, the above comment was a little too quick. 8 days later, he still hasn't sent any proposal to me to this day. He promised he would send the next day. I am changing the review from 5 stars to 3 stars. Update 8/7/2025, 11 days after the visit. I received the proposal. It is a reasonable proposal, with professional recommendations. Thank you. I am changing to 4 stars, one below the highest for the delays.

Franck, David, and Carlos trimmed a bunch of trees in our yard and did a fantastic job! The trees look great, and the team was clean and efficient. They not only trimmed a few branches from other trees in our yard that needed some attention and were impeding on the trees within the scope of work (extra bonus!), but they also discarded a large branch that had fallen from a neighbor’s tree. Outstanding and professional tree service! The two men were courteous, knowledgeable and very skilled. They trimmed and pruned our Sequoia redwood, European clump birch and our gingko tree. This was the first time we’d had these three trees worked on in the nearly 4 decades we’ve been in our home. They answered our questions and were very polite. They arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned up everything they’d done including the branches that had dropped in our neighbors’ yards. All the branches went through the grinder and nearly filled their truck. Their supervisor, Franck, stayed in touch with me and his workers did the work according to the plan Franck and I discussed. Franck is an arborist, as is his father. The price was very reasonable and I was so grateful to finally find an arborist after searching for one for many years. I can’t recommend this company enough!

I called SavATree to find out what was wrong with my oak tree. The leaves were spotted and rapidly spreading to the other trees. Frank came to help identify what the problem was. He was very personable and knew exactly what was wrong. Frank was a real help and I would request him for any tree work I might need. Franck and team showed up as promised. They consulted with me before starting the job. They didn’t even ask me to move my cars etc as they didn’t want to inconvenience me but I offered to move the cars so that they could pull up their truck right to my yard to make it easier on them. Two guys, one bucket truck, super quick, quiet for tree trimmers and professional work. They called me out showed me their work, explained why they didn’t want to lop off a branch that would have made the tree lopsided and then also went out of their way to trim a branch from another tree that would have been a problem in a few years with my permission for no extra charge. Their clean up was exceptional and I would not have known they were there had I not been there. Franck was an exceptional and punctual salesman. Before he got the job he explained all the sub details, explained how they would work and showed up to do the work along with his crew even though he was a salesman and an arborist ! He then followed up after the job to make sure my needs were met. I asked him if I could review him anywhere and he offered up this Google review link. I am a very happy customer and have already started referring Franck personally to others. I hope the company continues using Franck and this crew and continues to provide 6 star service.
