Quick and easy to get the inspection done but the scheduling of work wasn't pleasant. We set an appointment for items to be completed however only one of four was done. I was supposed to be contacted later that day for the final items to be completed but I didn't hear from them until 5 days later. Next was being told they set their own 2nd appointment for me, without my consent. I already took a day off work as they 'only spray on Thursdays'. When I told them I wouldn't take another day off work, they asked for keys to come while I was away. Real sketchy. After I declined another Thursday appointment, I was left with no option but to find another company who wanted to work and willing to with a paying customer. I found one, willing to see me the same day I called. I will not recommend Sandman to anyone. Update: The work authorization item approved has doubled in price now that they are not doing the other work. Horrible company. Stay away.
