I had a gopher tearing up my front lawn so I called Presto because I’ve used them before for other services and was very pleased. Jim came out immediately and took care of the issue quickly and completely. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t beat the price! Would definitely call Presto again. They are the best!

Knowledgeable, gave me advice over the phone without having to come check it out, and it worked to get the bees to stop coming.

Reuben was a delight to work with & went the extra mile to assure me my auto was safe. There was an animal living in our attic, but not sure which animal. Presto Pest Control came in and set traps around my house and was able to catch a young possum. They have a great service and was able to remove the animal and move it somewhere safe. Thank you Presto Pest Control.

Cannot recommend Presto enough, especially for businesses. I work for a restaurant and we faced worst-case scenario: shut down by health department on a Friday, meaning we would miss the entire weekend of business (not to mention advertise our failed health inspection to the public all weekend) if we did not treat and reopen ASAP. Presto’s owner Jim is clearly experienced in these emergency situations. He walked us through the entire process to make sure we would meet the health department’s requirements. He went to bat with us to make sure the insurance paperwork was in order for mall management to approve the emergency work permit same-day. He also educated us on keeping our own pest defenses up so that pests from our neighbors don’t congregate in our space. We successfully passed an inspection Saturday morning. Thank you Presto!

I used Presto at my rental house because I suspected termite activity. Jim was very professional and responded right away. He found evidence of an infestation and set up fumigation within a couple days. The whole process was seamless and much less expensive than other pest control companies. I had several bids. Other companies recommended services that were not needed as well. I would definitely use Presto again and recommend them to others.

Presto installed netting above my large porch to prevent birds from building nests. In the past, the nests have been a health hazard, so this year I called Presto to see if they could help. Jim sent someone over same day, I don't recall the person's name but he was super nice and helpful. Very quickly I got a quote to install netting that was very reasonable in comparison to other places I had called. Jim ordered the material right away, communicating that it might take days to get the material. As soon as the product came in, Jim scheduled the job. Mario came by as scheduled and installed the netting and it looks great. I was afraid it wouldn't look good, but Mario installed it very neatly and it isn't very noticable. Overall, Jim kept me in the loop at every step, and was very responsive. Both people that stopped by were extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely hire Presto again.

We've used Presto several times recently for several different pest issues: rats and bedbugs. Brian and Jim are amazing in their quick response time, thorough work and professional attitude! Price was very fair and they did a great job. We'll absolutely call again!

I'd give 0 star if I can. I'm told there is upfront inspection fee, and yet the moment he saw it is townhouse structure (which I already *told him before he came to visit*), he made zero inspection efforts, like into the attic or take clear picture of external potential holes/gaps. He basically looked around the outside for 5min and did nothing due diligence, and asking for inspection fee anyway. To be fair, I had other inspectors come by my property, did much thorough efforts to have inspection report, discussing possible rodent in&out places, etc. This is definitely the worse I've had. Again, no problem with inspection fee upfront, just the way he did superficial "inspection" is red flag/low work ethnics.
