⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashley at Pacific Pest Control is absolutely amazing! She consistently provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I manage a large apartment community, and I can always count on her to make sure we have exactly what we need. Whether I need a proposal for a special situation, an update regarding the property, additional services coordinated, or something handled quickly, Ashley is always just one call away. She is incredibly responsive and efficient, and almost immediately gets things moving. Even when I’m unable to reach someone else directly, I know I can contact Ashley and she will step in, follow through, and make sure everything is taken care of. What really stands out is her reliability. I never feel like I have to chase her for updates or wonder whether something is being handled. She understands the urgency that comes with managing a property and consistently provides the right service and support when we need it. Her communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond are exceptional. Having someone this dependable on the vendor side makes such a difference in property management. Ashley is truly an asset to Pacific Pest Control, and she deserves recognition for the level of service she provides. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. I used to get great service from Minh, Steven, Kyle and Abraham. But, once they left I stopped getting good service. They also wanted to start charging me a lot more for the same service that used to be covered. I was finally done with them when they wanted to charge me $500 to remove a wasp nest. Something they used to do the next day for free as part of my regular service plan. They weren't going to be available to remove it for a few days. I called around and had someone else remove it for a fraction of the price the next day. Pacific Pest Management didn't even care to hear me nor bother to try to keep my business. So, I would not recommend their service. There are far better companies.

Great experience with Pacific Pest Management. Omar handled our rodent exclusion and pest control and was incredibly diligent, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly, treating the job as if it were his own home. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

We had an ant infestation, and Pacific Pest Management came to the rescue. It was easy to make an appointment. Alan took great care of us spraying the inside that would quickly dry before our pets had to be back home and he sprayed all the outside. Was impressed too that he offered to fill some of the areas with a sealant too. He followed up the next day to see if we saw any more ants, which we didn't. Strongly recommend them for their service.

A+ service. I needed a pest inspection. I made one call and everything else was seamless. Jo helped determine my needs and set me up with an appointment. Christian went above and beyond expectations; he walked me through my house and took the time to assess every dimension of pest protection. He blew me away with his knowledge, attention to detail and ability to teach me all sorts of new things. He helped me set up traps on-site, and I got my report a few days later. Can't imagine anyone does it better!
