NorCal was the subcontractor for Banner, the pest service company that recently completed a full fumigation in our community. The work was done just last week, and I wanted to take a moment to share our experience. Francisco was our main point of contact from NorCal, along with a many others on-site, and Lori handled the documentation. We felt really comfortable working with all of them. As board members, we had a lot of coordination to manage—across 60+ units, the fumigation company, security, and residents. It could’ve been overwhelming, but everything went smoothly thanks to how organized and responsive the NorCal team was. Both Banner and NorCal were great to work with—professional, communicative, and truly accommodating throughout the process. I genuinely want to thank them for making this whole experience much easier for us. It made a big difference.

I would recommend Nor Cal Fumigation to anyone looking for a professional quality pest control company. They are very responsive and on time! We have a tile roof that is more delicate than others and they did not break a single tile while we had house tented! 10/10 company!
