Found Great Wall as I was looking for a smaller, local termite control company on Yelp. From the minute I called and spoke to Chester, I felt like I was in good hands - extremely professional, reassuring, and understanding. Dean, our inspector, was on site in less than 48 hours - unlike one of the larger company inspectors, he checked every nook and cranny, took his time to fully assess, made an informed suggestion and recommendation, and turned around the report in less than 2 days. Working with these folks has been a really smooth process for what is typically a really big headache, and would absolutely recommend them if you suspect you're dealing with termites.

Dean came to do inspection this morning at my house. Very throughout inspection and detail explanation at the end of the inspection about the termite situation & water damage. Very professional. Fumigation is very reasonable. Will schedule fumigation later.

There are many choices for termite control. There are the big brand termite corporations that will over charge consumers to treat termites and pest. I recently called Great Wall to provide me with a free termite inspection. Shawn Delong showed up and was a great individual. He took the time to measure the home and check for termites. We chose Great Wall Termite late 2024 for termite work and prep for selling our home. We suspected we had dry wall termites and had subterranean termites in the past. We interviewed five companies and most just wanted to do the orange oil injection. But how do you know they found all the activity? Great Wall gave us a great price and piece of mind that all the dry wall termites would be taken care of with the gas treatment. It was quick and easy. They also treated our subterranean termites and found all of the dry rot which we took care of. When it came time to sell they came back out and gave us a clean bill of health. Even a transferable warranty. Very friendly, professional, and trustworthy.

We had a great experience with this company. Chester was really helpful in deciding what to do to take care of the termite problem in our home. He explained everything in detail over the phone. Branden came to visit the house and spent a good amount of time in the crawl space and attic while making notes about what problems exist and how much damage has been done by termites. The setting up of the tent and fumigation was done timely. We are overall very happy with their service.

My townhome had an inspection done by Shawn and a few days later had it treated by Fili. They were very thorough and professional. We've been using them for 4 years now for our house and the warranty is really good, they come to inspect and fix the next day, no questions asked. Branden was very friendly. Also the customer service is super responsive by email, which makes it super convenient. I just sent photos of a group of termites I saw and they responded in 3 min (!) to my email to confirm what type of termite it was and offered to check it out.

We purchased a maintenance contract that promised to repair any damage caused by termites. I was skeptical that they would actually back that up when we had some damage. They came out the day after we called and spent two days fixing the damage and spraying to ensure no further damage. Fili was great and talented. We are very happy with the service.
