They came over the same day I called them to inspect my crawl space and attic for rodent activity. The next day they seal all entry points from outside (and there were a lot), and set up traps. They said they would have return to check traps in 10 days, but because we found some dead rats, they came earlier to dispose of the rats and place new traps. They always try to come over as soon as they can and keep me update with they arrival time.

They had excellent service from start to finish. The work is still ongoing, but so far so good. They’re extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the findings and recommended solutions. They were prompt, thorough, and made the entire process easy. One of the easiest 5 star reviews I’ve ever written. German and Edwin were fantastic. They thoroughly located and sealed all of the entry points to our house. They went from the roof, throughout the house and down in the crawlspace below. They communicated very well, notifying us when they were going to arrive, and then arriving when they said they would. Excellent. They followed up the next day, coming out checking the traps they set, making sure there were no more sightings or evidence of rodent activity. They are top notch!

We had an urgent situation with a trapped rat in our backyard, and after calling several pest control companies, German Rodent Control was the only one that not only answered the phone but also took the time to patiently listen to our situation. They understood the urgency and promised to come out the very same day - and they kept that promise. The team (it’s a family owned business and the values clearly showed) arrived within a few hours, safely removed the trapped rat, thoroughly sanitized the area, and answered all of our questions. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about helping rather than just rushing through the job. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. When we were stressed and didn’t know what to do, they went above and beyond to help us. We are incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend German Rodent Control to anyone dealing with a rodent issue. Thank you so much!

We had wonderful service from German and his son Edwin. Unlike the large corporate services, they were very caring and worked hard to figure out the best solution to rodents being able to access our crawl space under a difficult location to get to under our deck. They weren't anxious to get done and leave, rather they made sure that everything was complete and cleaned up to our satisfaction, even on a hot humid day. Pricing was reasonable for the time and effort. Would highly recommend for your rodent control needs.

I highly recommend German Rodent Control! He came out right away and spent most of the day methodically cleaning, patching, installing barriers, setting traps and explaining what he was doing. His price was very reasonable, very worth it and he was up front with what we actually needed vs. selling us on unnecessary services. I appreciate his work ethic and am very satisfied with the results provided for our rat problems! All throughout the process he took pictures before (nest, holes, chewing marks) and then also pictures with repairs after and sent them to me to show the situation. German has also came back right away with his son to double check areas and patch new problem spots.

German and his son came out immediately and took care of rodents that were coming into my attic, kitchen, walls and crawl space. He was able to seal entry points from outside, eliminate the rodent’s access to my kitchen and living space and set up traps. German repaired a broken door at the back of the garage which rodents were getting under and he saved me money instead of having to replace it. They will return to check traps in 8-10 days. I’m very happy that I can now use my house without worrying about it and the work was done at a fair price. I will also have them come back soon to remove droppings in the attic.

German and Edwin did an excellent job blocking all the holes and entrances to my house’s crawl space to prevent rodents from entering. After completing the job, they cleaned the area thoroughly and sanitized it. A week later, they returned to retrieve the trapped rat. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

I can definitely recommend German Rodent Control. I called then on a Monday morning, they came out later that day to check our property and were back the following morning to seal the rodent entry points in our house. They did such a good job, we had them out later that same week to seal the parsonage at out church.

I Can’t recommend German Rodent Control enough! They are professional and super responsive. We called them on Friday evening and Edvin came in the next morning. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He spent hours to catch the smart old rodent, sealed every possible entry and throughly disinfected the area. German and his son Edwin were great. Very thorough and professional. They sealed up vents around the house and set traps in our crawl space. They also sealed up a hole in the exterior stucco. They are also very responsive on follow up requests. I recommend calling them if you have rodent concerns.

German is great and humble person to work with. I had a rodent issue in my attic. His team came over and sealed all the entry/exit points in the attic. He did a great job in getting the attic sanitized. He does not try to upsell or get something done which is not needed. Price is very reasonable and would highly recommend him for any rodent work.

I gave German a call past 8pm on a weekday to ask if he could come do a quick assessment/inspection of the rodent issues we'd been having notably in the crawl space, and he actually came! He and his wife came later in the week to clean/sanitize/rodent-proof the attics, the crawl space, the garage and entry points around the house. Great guy, very diligent, responsible and responsive. German Rodent Control assisted me with a rodent infestation in my father's house. The rodent infestation was severe, with rodents in every room. Rodriguez and his team placed 30 traps and sealed over 20 holes in the house with wire mesh and concrete. My father was very curious and opinionated during the process and Rodriguez was very patient with him, explaining the reasoning behind his work and describing his approach to mitigating the problem. Rodriguez was very communicative, which was helpful when coordinating the support from out-of-state.

We had rats in our roof and crawl space and reached out to German. He came the very same day to inspect and provided us with a fair quote. He was extremely thorough, carefully checking all openings and sealing them, and even shared before-and-after photos of his work. When we later called him to follow up on the traps and other areas, he responded right away and came the very next day. We highly recommend German for his reliable and professional service.

We had a rats coming during the night and pooping in our front patio. German installed metal sheets on the overhead wooden beams that the rats used to come to the patio thereby closing off the rodents' access. It has helped a lot as no more rat poop after months. Thanks German!

We had a rat problem in our attic/crawl space and after researching and calling many other services found German—so glad we found him! He was super responsive, scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and walked us through everything with before/after photos. He set traps, and sealed up all possible roof entry points.
