Oh my gosh! What to say about this pest control company?? Let me start by saying I would highly recommend this company! I have used Earls Pest Control at my apartments to get rid of bedbugs and roaches and they have come through every time in getting rid of these pests. They are very professional, attentive, thorough, and are very good in explaining to my residents the whole process of what they are doing, they put my residents mind at ease as well as mine! They are very knowledgeable about bedbugs annnnd even helped me to get rid of Bats, yes, I said Bats! They didn't kill the bats which was a huge plus for me, they just had Art talk to them and they left quickly lol All joking aside, I really love the whole staff there! Rich, Melodi, Art, Johnny, and Shania!! you are all Rockstars!! Thank you for all that you do!!

I have been a customer for too many years to count. I have found Earl's to be very reasonable in pricing and if I ever have a breakthrough I can just give them a call to come out. I would highly recommend them.

Provider response

Thank you Deborah for being a long time valued customer. We appreciate your business and your review!

New home buyers beware. Do your research before committing. Removing dead rodents and securing property costed $1500 for us. Our property required very little or no mesh work, and didn't have rodent activity. We didn't know any better cause we had very little knowledge about this.

Provider response

We do a lot of services such as this, however any time a fee of this caliber is instilled it usually entails cleaning up a crawl or attic space as well as repairing the structure. Most cases this kind of cost would be accrued from a large history of rodents in the structure whether it was current or old activity. That is a standard cost in Pest Control for cleaning up rodent debris and securing a structure. In most cases when you say removing dead rats that infers clean up of rodent debris which includes droppings, damaged parts of the structure and in some cases areas that have been damaged such as insulation. This type of work is spelled out prior to any work being done and agreed upon before any charges or work is contracted. Pictures are also given for back up at the inspection to show what needs to be done. Also, this type of service gives a one year warranty if agreed upon and does solve rat problems long term.

Earl's was highly recommended by a friend. I should have read the other Yelp reviews first. I was charged $525 and paid at the initial spraying visit where we discussed services to be done. After the first spray visit Earl's owner quoted an additional $300 for extra work that needed to be done. Yes it was needed and I agreed to get the extra work done. After that they would not finish the work promised and closed my account. I ended up paying $675 and received 2 sprayings for bugs. I found the office and the owner, Richard, very difficult to work with and unreliable. Richard told me in the beginning that they were a very professional organization. I found just the opposite. I usually just pass on reviews when I am displeased.

Provider response

Not sure what account this is, as this is not any account name in our system. Rest assured we always warranty our work and would have come back if the account was set up that way. The only time additional services are necessary for spraying is if there is a large infestation or exceeds the warranty period time. As for not completing the job, I am not sure what that infers to as if scope of work and cost were agreed upon we absolutely would have returned to complete the job. If you would like call us to rectify this account we would be happy to address this so that what you feel happened does not happen in the future.
