Jake and Dave are the best of the best. They're straightforward, no-nonsense problem solvers. Home visit consultation was thorough and free. Dave never pushed to make a sale. He diagnosed the problem explaining his thinking clearly and laid out solution plans. Jake was very responsive making sure my questions were answered. Jake and Dave are people you can count out to have your best interests in mind. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Foster (sp?) the phone guy is a mixed bag. One plus for adjusting my maintenance for lower sevice cost, a couple of minuses for not passing message to the guys in the field and not responding to inquiries.
