I would highly recommend in regards to customer service, courtesy, follow through, showing up for services. We ‘re very happy that we chose all about termite company, Since the initial phone Steven was very professional setting the appoinment for The initial inspection, the tech ( Josh ) was on time, he inspected every corner of my property for any signs of termites ( attic too ) And Josh recommend the best solution for my house termite problem, He came few days later After we scheduled the appoinment with Chris ( once again Josh was on time ) Josh performed the termite fumigation procedure, and cleaned everything really nice after he was done, I fully recommend all about termite company, for any termite situation you may have in you hose, Thank you Josh, Steven and Chris for the great service.

Josh went into the crawl space and the attic to conduct a thorough inspection, and he did not try to upsell unnecessary or expensive preventive measures such as whole-house fumigation. During the actual treatment, he explained each step of the process in detail, and at the end he even cleaned the clogged gutters that had contributed to attracting termites. Although it took some time to receive the inspection report, he compensated for the delay with a small discount. Overall, I was very satisfied from start to finish and would highly recommend him.

First and foremost, Stephen is so incredibly kind and easy to work with! He’s professional, prompt, and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right, while also being super affordable. Second, when he brought his guys out to do the work, they were fast, quiet, and didn’t leave a mess. It was almost like they weren’t even there. The best part is, Stephen was very responsive throughout the entire process, even dealing with the buyers real estate agents (on a Saturday none the less).
