John H. at Pacific Coast Termite was really exceptional. He shared his knowledge when I asked about different types of termites and he was thorough with his work and explained it to me. Highly recommend this company and particularly John H.

For rodent exclusion and insulation removal stay away from this company. After a termite inspection in the attic revealed rodent droppings, I agreed that they replace the insulation and perform rodent exclusion. They failed in both miserably. Their insulation removal crew left at least 20% of the old blown-in insulation even in the areas seen from the opening into the attic let alone the hard-to-reach areas and rodent droppings were everywhere. After their third visit when I asked for quality-check person they sent a manager. He came and asked me what he was supposed to do! I told him to go up into the attic and check if the work was done right, he was reluctant!! Then I went up myself and saw all insulation and droppings leftovers. Asked them to go up there and fix the problem but the manager refused. He said they could not just keep going after every dropping that they see!!! as if they were working for free. I told them to give their vaccum to me and I would go and clean it myself finally they went and continued but still left over plenty. Their rodent exclusion crew were as clueless and after more than eight visits rodents were still wandering in the attic.

Ron from Pacific Coast was great to work with. I had three different companies come out and give estimates. Each had different ideas (even contradictory) how to deal with my rat problem. From pouring concrete slab to opening up my decking. The estimates were really high. Ron came up with creative ideas from big long areas under decks and stairs gaps to covering every small gap with mesh and shingle holes with steel wool infused with foam. He concreted parts of my foundation were rats burrowed under. He has a three part system and a follow up. He vacuumed out my basement, too and set up traps and came to dispose of a huge Norway rat. The second time the rats were empty and will hopefully stay so. The work is guaranteed for a year. He showed up on time or early every time and was hard working and pleasant. He has very long experience and is a great asset. The company was also easy to communicate with. I am so glad a friend recommended them after they worked on his house. He saved me a huge amount of money as Pacific Coast Termite was much more reasonable than the other companies.

Tony C was great to work with to get our inspection done. He rapidly scheduled the treatment to be done. John and Alexis were absolutely great. On time, explained all aspects of the job and the insect! Very professional and articulate individuals. Got the job done and explained what they did and what they used. I would highly recommend this company.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Had this company come out this year and everything seemed fine. They covered our house for fumigation. We noticed a couple broken roof tiles towards the front after they left but didn't think much of it. Until recently... After the huge storms a few weeks ago, unbeknownst to us, we had water leaks in our attic. It slowly led to our ceiling having water damage. We hired a roofing company that the neighbors have used through the years and they sent a drone up there to show us our roof.There were about 30 separate places on our roof where multiple tiles were broken. Before the termite company, our roof was fine. I am so disappointed that after they fumigated our home, their team left without letting us know the damage they caused.

We had termite issues inside one of our rooms, and were searching for a termite company. Found and called Pacific Coast Termite, and Bill came to inspect the entire house, including the crawl space and attic. Then, when it was time to do the work, we had Jonathan and Saul come and complete it. It was very efficient and thorough, and everyone was great. I am impressed by Pacific Coast services, from the initial call, inspection, scheduling, and completion of the work. To me, it was money well spent. Reading reviews online I was hopeful to use this company. Gave them a call and their customer service was not great at all. Quick and easy way to loose customers with the person on the phone not looking to help but just provide you with a quick answer to get you off the phone as quickly as possible

I used Pacific Coast Termite for some years now. The latest round of inspection (by Jason and George) and subsequent treatment on problem spots (by John and Alexis) were a good repeat of a pleasant experience just as before. I had a fantastic experience with Ron Pallan, who did an exceptional job with rodent exclusion at my property. With many years of experience under his belt, he approached the job with a level of thoroughness and professionalism that really stood out. What amazed me most was his saying: "You have to think like a rodent." It perfectly captured his meticulous and strategic approach. He didn't just patch visible holes--he carefully inspected every possible entry point and explained the behavior patterns that rodents typically follow. His deep understanding of the problem, attention to detail, and passion for his work gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend his services to anyone dealing with rodent issues. He's not only highly skilled, but also someone who clearly takes pride in doing the job right.

We had our house treated for termites and beetles. I was happy with the inspectors and technicians, everyone was respectful, professional and courteous. Dan, Enrique, Saul H, Vince, Raudel, and Ramiro all did a great job.

Terrible job. Left holes in my paneling and ceiling. Had to spend much more to replace ceiling boards. Ended costing me more than if i had had the house tented. No sure the termites are gone. Should had gotten a refund. No way to treat senior citizens.

Not a good company, expensive price and average work !

I simply can't say enough great things about JACK, he arrived on time, was very personable and beyond professional. He put on his shoe covers at the door and removed them when he went back to the truck to dress for the inspection on his return, putting on the shoe covers, he went up into the attic, when he was finished with that, he proceeded outdoors and checked the under side of the house and the perimeter. On his return, he reported his findings, we signed the paperwork and he left. I would love to have him back again next year, he is the very best. I have used Pacific Coast Termite several times. Their pricing, professionalism, thoroughness, and honesty are nothing short of wonderful. Casner is also a reputable company, but with possibly more limited treatment options.

[Edited] After termites reappeared from our treatment last year and some disagreement over how to handle the situation, Pacific Coast Termite returned today to spray a different chemical on my garage ceiling. I believe this will have a better chance of stopping my infestation. Kudos to PCT for honoring their warranty and making things right.

Extremely disorganized. I had an inspection scheduled and not only did they give me a big time approximate of when they were coming (2 hours) instead of an exact time, they didn't even show up in the end. Of course when I called them, I was put on hold forever with no one to pick up my call. Do not use their services, I doubt such a disorganized company would be able to meet your needs.

I recommend this company for fast, friendly, professional service for an eco-friendly termite treatment at a reasonable price. I noticed drywood termite infestations in two areas of my home. I have two hospice patients as well as pet birds, dogs, and cats, so tenting was going to be logistically impossible for us. I called Pacific Coast Termite Inc. They scheduled one of their technicians to stop by in a few days. Rob was very thorough with his inspection. Pedro and Saul stopped by for treatment the following week (total time from calling to treatment was less than two weeks). The office staff and field technicians were all very friendly, courteous, and professional. The technicians were prepared with boot covers (we are a shoe-free home). I did not need to relocate my hospice patients or animals. I feel reassured that the materials are non-toxic to humans and pets. I am OK if the treatment is not 100% effective and having them come out to reapply if needed (there is a 2-year warranty). The price was very reasonable. I will provide an update in a couple of years with how effective the treatment was.

Bruce did a great job of thoroughly inspecting my house for termites. He treated in the front porch roof overhang that had not be sprayed before.

Recently I had Pacific Coast Termites come to my house to have a wood repair for subterranean and drywood termites. Raudel did a great job, even help me to repair several dagamed floor wood. He is helpful and efficient. Thank you!

I just had a wonderful experience with Omar at Pacific Coast Termite. He was so knowledgeable and totally educated me on all the different kinds wood destroying insects as well as the type of treatments available. He also told me about all the options his company could offer me and how I can protect my home over the long term. No hard sell. Just an honest, knowledgeable person. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, Pacific Coast Termite was at my home to remove the existing insulation from my attic. Today, Pedro and Vicente were at my home performing a preemptive Termite treatment. I am expecting that tomorrow, the Thursday crew will be back to blow in bug resistant insulation. So far, everyone has been on time within the 2 hour timeframe we were scheduled. Everyone (including the person who calls to verify the appointment) has been pleasant, personable, and professional. They have taken precautions to prevent dirt in my home and minimize the impact we are encountering. Top notch crew. Great company to work with. A bonus is that their prices are reasonable.

Pacific Coast termite, very professional, Oscar and Andrea did a fantastic job, neat and tidy, detail oriented. Most importantly appreciate all the hard work that goes into gardens, they were very careful not to tranple new plantings or spray right on roots. Not spraying anything harmful to all the lizards that are great natural pest control. A big thumbs up from this plant addict homeowner.
