Best Care Fumigation NorCal Inc

Best was contracted through Wallace pest upon recommendation of my realtor to tent and fumigate a vacant home in preparation for sale. They didn't arrive when they said they would and never called to say they were running late and the job would need to be delayed an entire day due to their tardiness. It was only when we called them out that they then explained that the job would now only require the remaining days left (from 4 to 2) so that they could keep their future jobs unchanged and THEIR schedule would remain unaffected. Needless to say, we were unimpressed by the level of professionalism so far. Once they claimed the job was completed, my contractor returned to the house to find that the crew had used the toilet which was not yet fully installed and left it there to be cleaned up and said nothing. The house was left unsecured and screens from the windows were left in the street. I again contacted best, this time speaking to Dan the owner who is totally unaware of what his crews are doing even after several emails were sent to the office. This company does a by lot of jobs but if mine is any indication, quality and customer service is not part of what they do. I would not recommend them or Wallace pest.

They desecrated my old cats' grave(Oliver) by removing dirt from it and altering(removing) the memorial decoration on top of the grave. Because they needed some dirt, apparently. It is(was) marked and everything before they came, now its just a dirt patch with the special decoration mixed in with the dirt. I am horrified. You be the judge of this company. I will hold my opinions back.

This company was amazing to work with. On time, tidy, and easy to talk to. I appreciate them so much for their hard work in making my home termite-free!

Best Care was contracted via jacks termites solutions had 0 issues with them arrived on time treated my property with respect reqd all the documents send to tou and follow instructions and you should have no issues.

Bad. Bad. Bad. Failed to effectively seal tent where the garage wall connects to the fence. Tarp pulled away from fence in the wind which killed all caterpillars and eggs in our Monarch habitat garden. We had asked them to be particularly careful in ensuring the tent was well-sealed near the Monarch garden. They failed miserably! The fumigant gas also burned the foliage of the plants in the garden within 20 feet of the hole in the tent.

Best care fumigation came and fumigated my home. They were very professional, fast and answered questions that I had. I would highly recommend them for termite services.

I have nothing but praise for Best Care. They were professional, responsive, they explained what they were doing. They arrived on-time and did a great job of tenting and fumigating the house. Their prices were excellent, and they did no damage to the house, and cleaned up thoroughly. I recommend Best Care.

Recently, I had a termite inspection and it was highly recommended that we fumigate our home to make sure 100% of our termites were killed. Best Care Fumigation was used by our termite company and after reading some of these reviews I was extremely apprehensive to move forward with their services. I'm writing this review to ensure future customers that this company performed flawlessly from start to finish fumigating our home. Ricardo was the foreman of the crew and he was polite, professional, very friendly and easy to work with. He brought a five man crew with him and they worked very hard and didn't damage anything during the process of tenting our home. I highly recommend their services. The only recommendation I have is be sure that you read the contract carefully so you prep your home properly. It takes a little bit of work but well worth it. Thanks Best Care Fumigation! - Robert

Displaced for 3 days, and when we got back there was no difference. Still infested with termites. Still infested with cockroaches. Worthless.

Professional fumigators.

Talk about total POS from the top down.starting with whoever “Dan” is. Could be the owner. This company was hired by my neighbor and these so called professionals double parked in my driveway blocking in my car, smoked and left 4 different types of cigs in my driveway, and spilled some sort of mystery substance all over that took over 24 hrs to dry. When I called the owner “Dan” told me it wasn’t them. I told him I had cameras and he hung up on me. Then called back to say they’d clean it up. 4 days later…..the crew came packed up, dumped their trash in other neighbors garbage cans, then tried to leave without cleaning the spill. When confronted they told me “Dan” never told them to clean it and they were a different crew. They did the best they could but even they didn’t know what was spilled or if it was safe to wash down water ways. Just unbelievable and unprofessional company all the way around.

LOVE this company! The ladies in the office are AMAZING! Super professional, informative, and easy to talk to. I have NEVER had a single problem with this company and I have used them on numerous occasions.

This place is so extremely unprofessional! They lost my house keys and I couldn’t get back into my house. They don’t know how to communicate with each other or the customer. Some older sounding lady named Diana kept hanging up on me and refused to pass me along to her manager. To be honest they are even hard to understand because they don’t speak English very well unfortunately. I just would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This company has no understanding of how hard it is to be displaced from your home nor do I think they care.

We used Best Care for our recent fumigation. By nature, fumigation is not a pleasant experience, however BC made it as pleasant and easy as it could have been! They were responsive to us whenever we had questions, worked with us on a time slot that was best for us, and were on time and quick. Upon reentry to the house, nothing was broken, missing, or out of place. Highly recommend!

I live next door to a property that this company tented. I came home from the market they parked the truck in front of my driveway, trampled on my plants and when I asked them to be more careful they ignored me then they moved a potted tree in front of my driveway and left it there. I sent photos to the company when asked and they also ignored me. They should change their name to don't care fumigation.

3/22/18 at 9:20am cloudy, sprinkling and late. A lady going NB101 had a flat and one of the Best Care Fumigation trucks pulled over to help. Who does that anymore? Excellent job, guys!! It is a great reflection of the type of company you have.

Great Fumigation Company!! I've used them for 6 years and they always impress!

We used these guys for a fumigation. When we came back we had our house broken in to. Been at this house for 30+ years and nothing has ever happened since these guys. They stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!!
