This team sealed my attic to stop rats. They blocked all entryways. I appreciate that they return to check traps and remove rodents. The customer service is excellent.

I have called a few companies for attic rats treatment and cover those small holes under the roof. Attic Repair Guys has given me honest opinion and reasonable price after checking my house. They cleaned the attic, blocked all holes and put traps in the attic. Three rats was captured and the owner came to remove the dead rats and put new traps in the attic in case there is more. They will come back to check it again in 2 weeks. Attic repair Guys is very honest and responsible. What I paid for the service is very worth it. I give them 5 stars.

The owner is not only great technically but also very hardworking. From the first appointment, he’s well prepared to go into the attic to assess the house and the materials/hours of work required. Ahmad had a technician out the same day to squirrel-proof our attic while the little monster was out foraging for the day. The quote seemed a little steep at first, but once I saw the incredibly detailed and thorough job the technician did, both inside the attic and outside on the roof, I realized how lucky I was to have found this team - you pay for what you get! The technician was incredible and shared before and after pictures during every step of the process. Like others, I would give more than 5 stars if possible.

I called Ahmad for a quote for rodent proofing my crawl space. Ahmad was one of the only people who did a thorough inspection before providing a competitive quote. His team was professional, clean, and they moved very quickly. They installed over 2000 ft of insulation and rodent proofed the entire house. So impressed with this company. Management was very communicative (thank you Julio), the crew plowed through a tough rodent removal and insulation replacement in the heat for hours, sealed up entry points, and cleaned up afterwards. They came by the following morning to inspect their work (thank you Ahmad) and emptied and reset traps. We are renters but when we buy our first home one of my first calls will be to this company to make sure our home is rodent free and stays that way.

Ahmad was very responsive right away and throughout the whole process. He called, texted, sent pictures and updates for ALL his work. Was very flexible and even accommodated a last minute request for a change of schedule. He had a very reasonable quote for a rodent problem we had and then followed up with a comprehensive plan for the ductwork damage the rodents caused. He is very patient with any questions and seems very eager to make sure his customers are happy and well taken care of. He personally came for extra visits on the weekend for the rodent issue. Ahmad was very responsive from the beginning of the process. He patiently answered all my questions and educated me about the different insulation types. He gave me instant and competitive quotes that included rodent proofing both attic and crawlspace and any gaps around the house. His crew is fast and they were in and out in 2 days. They sealed covered the work area properly and did not let any dust in the house ( to the best of their ability). During the work, there was a fixture in the kitchen that got loosened. It was incorrectly installed, but Ahmad got it fixed and only asked for final payment after it was re-installed. All in all, I highly recommend working with him. I have already referred him to our friends as well. He is genuine and easy to work with.

Ran into this person/truck, they were working at a neighbor's house who is a big time contractor...must be good. I spoke to the business owner briefly and they were able to schedule us the very next day. They has a crew of 5 people plus the owner who was also making the runs for the material. Just simply phenomenal service, quality, before and after huge difference. We are sure recover the cost within six months in electricity bills alone. They brought their own gas powered power vacuum to suck the old gunk out, cleaned the attic thoroughly, sealed all the possible holes...

Attic Repair Guys cleaned out existing attic insulation, sterilized & sealed attic, replace insulation and also added a heat barrier to the roof. Professional staff and quality work. What an improvement in the temperature of our house on these hot summer days!! The team went over and above. They noticed some rodent activity in the attic coming from crawl space and went under house to put in wire barrier to stop any possible activity in attic. They also went up on roof to put more barriers. In addition they sealed around the foundation of house….remember the job was to replace insulation to attic. Over and above guys. Highly recommend this company- trustworthy, quality work, great communication.
