We had a severe ant problem and Frank came promptly and took care of it by spraying both inside and outside of the house. He was quick and effective. I highly recommend him over the subscription model of terminix or aptive.

We called Frank last year for our annual ant problem after losing our previous pest control company to a merger. He came out the next day, sprayed our house perimeter and we didn't see another ant indoors for the rest of the year. They are attracted to our cats' food. Called him again this year. He answers the phone himself and came out the same afternoon to do apply the spray. I pay him by Zelle and everyone is happy!

So we returned from a 2 day trip to find the house swarming with ants. More ants than I've ever seen in one place- on all floors, surfaces, in the kitchen, in the bathrooms. They had completely taken over the house in 48 hours. We called Frank late on Sunday (about 4pm) and he came out within an hour to the Fremont area. Over the phone, he explained the difference between the types of extermination services, and what we could expect the outcome to be (timeframe, pet safety, use of the house). He came to the house having given us a *very* reasonable, flat-rate quote. Frank was very professional and handed us his business card upon arrival. Prior to spraying the perimeter, he agreed to look inside at some of the specific problem areas in the interior. He took the time to suggest additional gel services to treat the ants immediately, as well as to treat the problem long-term by destroying the nest. By the morning, about 80% of the ants were gone. 2 days later, the ants are completely gone. We can expect the spray to work for three months, he assured us. Everything about his services was perfect. We were respected, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood the procedure. I learned a bit about ant food preferences, even! I simply cannot recommend Frank's business enough. Frank s pest control was a stroke of good luck. I had a rental Apartment with mice intrusion. He’s honest transparent and dependable. What else can you ask for? I will call him for all my pest problems. It is so hard to find a pest company that won’t eradicate your money. I come across a lot of shady operations out there. Frank was a find. Details: Called Frank about a rodent problem and he was able to see me quickly and arrived when he said he would. He was prepared and did an inspection of the home. The results were shared, recommendations were made, a plan (including traps and optional poison) formed and executed. The plan included follow up visits (included in the price). I am happy to say we executed the plan, and I followed Frank's recommendations and after the follow-up visits my home no longer has rodents. Excellent value.
