My laptop disappeared the day they came to my house while I was away. The back door was also left unlocked.

We take matters like this very seriously and remain available for any formal review or report.<br><br>For over a decade, serving thousands of homes across the Bay Area, we have never had a single incident involving missing personal property. Our team is professional and held to strict standards.<br><br>This property is not currently occupied, and as you mentioned in one of our conversations, other service providers have access to the home. At this stage, there is no evidence indicating what happened to the laptop. There were no interior or exterior cameras, and the device was reportedly powered off and not trackable.<br><br>At this time, there is no tracking data, device logs, or recovery information available that would indicate when or where the device was last active. We offered multiple solutions to track the device during our conversations. We remain confident that one of those methods can help solve this mystery.<br><br>Our team is prepared to provide statements if necessary, and we believe facts, not assumptions, should determine what occurred. We will continue to cooperate professionally in any way required moving forward, as we discussed a few days ago.

Overall we had a great experience! Thorough inspection, friendly personality, good price and effective at catching the mouse at our house. We recently had a mouse gotten into the house and were extremely concerned with a little one at home! Once I reached out, David and Francisco came in next day, thoroughly inspected for any openings, and set up traps that caught the mouse in the same day! They then came in next day to help fill in any gaps from the outside with wire meshes + concrete for holding the mesh in place. They also filled in gaps from the inside at the attic and in the kitchen to prevent any more rodents from coming in! So far we haven’t seen more! But if we do, we got a multi year warranty that gave us a peace of mind!

There are good and the bad with AttiCali but it is true with every other companies that I've work with. However their team really stand behind their words and try their best to provide quality service to me, and that I think will make me look past some of the minor imperfection. In the end it's all about trust and I am glad I hired them to help with my rodent issue and insulation install.
