This is my peace of mind company to-go for Pest control, I hate spiders, and my wife hates rats, yikes... If you hire them on a monthly basis, you can just set it and forget it because they will keep away plagues from your house. Be very careful if you decide to take aptive. We lived in our house for 3+ years with no issues - just a few cockroaches. We started aptive and a few months after we started noticing holes and pulled grass in our frontyard. Once it rained more holes and pulled grass appeared and ruined our grass. When I researched on the issue, this is because aptive put pesticides on our lawn that killed the surface level grubs. David came over to do the quarterly spray of my yard today (10/9/25) (1) unfortunately, he was very rushed, starting spray in the backyard right next to my son/I, while we were trying to take the laundry back in the house/and I explicitly asked him to give us a few minutes and start with other area first.
