I inherited this pest control company when I bought a house. One year later they called me to renew the policy. However they never sent me a bill to my mailing address or contacted me by phone to request payment. They submitted my bill to a collection agency instead of calling me or leaving a voice mail. I will be using a different pest control company from now on. I would never recommend this company.

Kris gets 5star for 100% trench & drill after his thorough inspection caught an issue out front. He even audited former/no longer with Command tech's failure to drill the front of our house as first-time homeowners (-1*). We've liked all the techs and staff since 2013 & pray this will be the remedy.

This company performed our yearly termite inspection in January 2023. Our inspections are generally due in June, but they were late by six months that year and blamed it on Covid. We were under the understanding from them that because our annual inspection was in January, our next renewal date would be in January. On September 15, 2023 we received a certified letter telling us that as of September 5, 2023, our policy was cancelled due to being "unable to complete the annual inspection." When I called to inquire, the representative told me the company had backdated our January 2023 inspection to June of 2022 to account for the late inspection. I then asked why they were unable to complete an inspection in June of 2023 if that was the renewal date, and why we weren't notified before they cancelled our policy. She offered to put me on auto-pay so we wouldn't "forget" to pay our bill, and said that it was impossible to notify every customer about renewal dates. Between the backdating and the two consecutive years of late inspections, I would stay far away from this shady company. Edit 9/18/2023: I messaged Command through their website with my customer number, service address, and telephone number associated with my account in response to this review. I am unable to login to my account online because my policy has been cancelled, and the above mentioned customer service phone call wasn’t helpful. I look forward to hearing a response.

Incredible unprofessional I don't know how on God's green Earth they're still open. A simple misunderstanding turned into getting the "death glare". What did I do to you??? At least they were able to rid the German cockroach infestation which BTW is from the nasty next door neighbor. Their unit probably needs treating too, apartment 72

I had Command Pest Control come out for a Termite inspection. That went well. They then billed me for "Pest Control" for 4 months that I didn't ask for or ever see anyone do. The person I spoke with on the phone said they just do the outside and leave if nobody answers. I got the bill and called and said I had been auto-enrolled when I did the termite inspection. It was very predatory. They then sent me to collections for something I didn't opt into or agree to, or even see anyone do for that matter. I would use someone else.

I have active termites and it's expensive to get your home treated
Tricked me into buying an inspection by saying the last owner had a contract. Looked around my relatively new house for 5 minutes and told me there were no termites. (I already knew this) and then sent me a bill for $100.
