Legacy Termite and Pest Control

I built a house and was not given an option in who came a sprayed fir termites. Legacy did my subdivision. Horrible service the whole time I have had them. Send your bills but do not do the inspections. They happened in 2024. I held my check to see how long it would take to hear from them. It took a year and half. My landlord chose this company and paid for the first month of pest control, as in my contract. I received a call from this company to set up an appointment. We had spray indoors for fleas, and spray inside/outside for roaches/spiders. The man who came to spray was very friendly. When we first bought this house roaches were so bad and it was awful fighting them. My husband did everything he could for two years and I finally called Legacy and they got not only under control but got rid of them completely. They come every three months on clockwork and take care of the inside and outside and I appreciate everything they have done and continue to do. I pay on a monthly basis so I do not have to worry about setting up appointments they come every three months
