Cody was really great at contacting me to let me know about his schedule and since he was done at his previous location he was able to arrive earlier than planned and it was so nice he called to ask first if that was okay. He was very informative, professional, and kind and made sure to hit all the areas. This is our first time using this service and so far it's been great!

Started with Evo but switched to Clear Defense. They have a better price and more responsive. I called Friday and my first service was Saturday. Cody and Mike did a great job!

I have a customer for 4 years. Every time I call for a follow up visit they are here sometimes the Same Day! We live by the river and they have virtually eliminated our bug and spider problems. London is a great tech. Very helpful and responsive.

This was our first inspection with Clear Defense, but I can already tell that we are going to be sticking with them for the long haul! Neil and Owen were great a communicating with us, and the set up was a breeze. You can tell how dedicated they are to doing what is best for you and your home.

I love how efficient and responsive the team at Clear Defense Pest Control was when getting my home scheduled. Eli was professional, thorough, and reliable from start to finish. He arrived on time, inspected everything, and was very friendly- you could tell he enjoys his job.
I called ClearDefense Pest Control after searching for pest control near me and was impressed right away. The technicians arrived on time, were professional and explained the process clearly. Was approached by a salesperson as I was leaving to work a 13 hr night shift. I told him I didn’t have time to talk and he used aggressive tactics to get me to sign a contract. I told him I needed my crawl space specifically to be bated and looked at, he told me that’s a service they provide (they don’t). After finding out they lied and canceling my service over the phone, I have received multiple text messages and calls from their manager telling me that I owe them money for canceling my contract. I would not recommend this company at all moving forward. I am disappointed in the way I was asked to sign a contract, lied to about services provided and now am being harassed for canceling a contract based on lies. Do NOT SIGN WITH THEM.

Update 6/5/25 This reply is not worth my time have a great day Update 4/2/25 This is a general statement to your company directly. As I explained to you yesterday I stand by this review and I will not take it down!!! Stop harassing me and stop calling me.. I have the screenshots and the times of your calls and the recordings because I record all my conversations. I am done, a very clear statement do not call me. You can reply to this however you want but leave me and my family alone. I'm appalled that a company calls and harasses you to take a statement down, and will not let you get off the phone. One of the worst decisions that I have made I should have listened to my gut. Update. 4/1/25 Ever since they have let Mr Thomas go, I'm just another number to them where Mr Thomas actually cared. As you can see for yourselves I didn't care for them in the beginning because they were quite rude Thomas swayed me to actually trying them out which I paid up front , so out of the 774 I paid up front. So now that I canceled them, they only give me $280 back, telling me that's the only credit I have left, in retrospect gone with my gut and stayed far away from them. The customer service has gone down, and prices have gone up. And they don't do termites. I just assumed that it comes with that. Overall, I give this company a bad rating. I don't know what's going on over there, but quality and customer service have gone down. Update 1/23/25 Had Thomas come out during the coldest days, and he did a fantastic job this is why I pay a little bit more for this company because of Thomas's incredible attitude and happiness enthusiasm. I had another pest control company not only were they inadequate in getting rid of the critters, but it was a race to see how fast Arkansas Pest Control could get their job done and leave. We still had bugs after they left , we did wait a few months. And as we waited we saw no different results than before. Thomas was absolutely amazing and highly professional and the knowledge was more than impressive Not only are they professional but their quality is above 100%. They were a little more expensive than the people I was using, but , It was slightly more than what I was paying but I got 100% more quality so to me it's worth every penny..

I was with this company for 1 year and the ants never went away, they just multiplied no matter how clean I kept my kitchen or house. I broke contract because of it. On top of that they never respected when I was available for them to spray inside the house and always came when I was at work so 9/10 they only sprayed the outside of my house.

Do not use ClearDefense. Poor communication and management. Trying to charge me for services not obtained. Told me I'd be charged quarterly and charged me monthly. Then tried to charge me 214 more when I called them to cancel my service. These guys aren't forth coming. They will try to trap you. Please be careful with ClearDefense they are not clear with you

The service was fine but the technician Dakota left the gate open and my dog got out.

The technicians did a good job except in the garage. When I got home from work yesterday, I found that all of the bug traps in the garage were pulled and left on the floor. There were no new traps placed in the garage. They did not throw the old traps away. The trap in the last photo was actually left outside the garage door. How was it missed?

It's listed that this company handles rodents. However upon calling and waiting to be called back the following day to schedule. We were informed that the company in fact does not provide this service.
This afternoon one of this company’s employees is going door to door soliciting and does not want to take no for an answer. Badmouthing neighbors as he left their front door…extremely unprofessional and quite unsettling!
