This is a scam. It is not a real bug pest control. They will harass you and knock on your door over 100 times then when you sign up, they will hit your credit for over $1000 when you see anyone From strike pest control call the police or run because they are out to scam you!!!

We are much more affordable than that and we don’t do credit checks. I could be wrong but I wasn’t able to find you in our system as a customer. If I could give no stars, I would. Door to door salesman that over promises with false information then under delivers. Locks into a “contract” for monthly services, then does not come monthly. No follow up on requested services (we still have boxes for pests they never returned to retrieve), but when payment stops, they are quick to harass and then state services are different than what was promised. Door bell cameras and video surveillance is a beautiful thing to have when it comes to “who came out and when.” We ended up having to pay a separate company to do the same thing Shrike promised. Additionally, we’ve had to do our own maintenance which has done great, and more cost effective than what this company promised then did not do. Gave the company the opportunity but when they fail short, they want to take money for services that weren’t received and charge for a remainder of a “contract” that never produced any sort of benefit from the services they promised. Steer very clear from this company-they lock you into a “contract” don’t deliver, then harass you for amounts they conned you into. That’s how they’re making money. I wasn’t going to leave a poor review until the calls continuously came instead of this company saying “we under delivered and we understand your dissatisfaction.” I realize now that it’s a scheme and hopefully others won’t make the mistake.
Let’s see here. They came out one time. It’s now August 18th the money per agreement was taken out of my account on the 5th. No calls/texts and no they didn’t show up while my wife and I were at work. We have cameras. Not to happy with how this company operates. A can of raid would do a better job. Which is what I should have kept doing instead of hiring a guy that rolled into my driveway on a hoverboard. Should have known better. But that’s no excuse for taking someone’s money and not doing the job that you were hired to do.

I’m more than happy to change that to what you were expecting at no extra charge for the inconvenience. I want to make sure you’re taken care of. If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS I would do that. I have been waiting for someone to show up at my house today. No one ever showed up but I received an email stating the person had come already. I have been trying to call them for several hours and can not get anyone on the phone. I am not an anonymous person. They have my information. I require someone to contact me ASAP.
They came and sprayed barely, not even going to the bedrooms !they continued to take money off my card and I locked my card and it still was charged .I have more roaches then ever .the chemical must not work
Jared came to our door in Lonoke yesterday - we have a no soliciting sign RIGHT BY THE DOOR which says, “Absolutely NO Soliciting”. We have a doorbell camera. It shows him standing there, clearly reading it, thinking about it, then shrugging his shoulders and pressing the doorbell anyway. I mean, REALLY??? When I answered through the doorbell, told him there’s a BIG No Soliciting sign (which he clearly saw), he persisted and tried to pitch his bug contract anyway. What audacity! No matter what I said, he would not concede. Finally had to hang up on him. (I saved the video, if you’re interested) He’s lucky I didn’t call the cops! WE WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH *ANYONE* WHO IS SO ARROGANT, SELF ENTITLED, who thinks a No Soliciting sign doesn’t apply to them!!!!! ***TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER***!!!!!

A salesman (Jared) came to my address today in Lonoke. I have a sign in my flower bed that says "NO Solicitation, thank you". I tried to be nice to him, so I listened to his spill for a few mins. I told him that I had another company and he kept on trying to get me to switch. I told him that I was not interested at this time and he kept going. I had the door partially closed and he still kept pushing the sale and asking me to switch, damn near begging. I finally had to shut the door on him and go back inside to complete my job. I will never go with a company that is that pushy. The company I have does not solicit like that and was never pushy.

Salesman came to my house at 8 pm down a 1/4 mile drive past several signs saying no soliciting, no trespassing, and warning of the k9 on premises. He still knocked on my door with children in bed. Then proceeded to try to sell me a contract plan because my neighbor supposedly was going with that plan for 15 minutes. I told him to leave and he kept on. I told him "don't waste my time, and I won't waste yours. I'm not interested" he stayed around for 5 more minutes before I literally shut the door in his face. If this is the type of bully sales pitches or "family friendly" behaviors that represent your company, I guarantee I won't be switching and already called my neighbor he claimed was on the books. He had the same experience 30 minutes before.
