Talk about excellent service - Brian is our technician and made an extra stop on an already full day just to get our house taken care of. Hello, Yesterday 7/14/26 our house was inspected for termites. The inspection was done by your technician Randall. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Besides he was very friendly and personable. I would request him again for our next inspection or treatment.

We have quarterly pest and annual termite services with Adams. There's never a fuss about asking them to come out in between the quarterly treatments for additional spraying, laying rodent bait boxes, etc. Can't speak for the cost as I don't remember/know the prices of other businesses, but I think for what they provide, it's reasonable.

Our technician is Justin, and not only is he very professional and great at his job, but he is extremely friendly and personable, too. I never have to call to set up our quarterly service. He is always on top of making sure we are taken care of on time, by being the one to contact me. He works around any bad weather, ensuring the outside is sprayed when it will work best. He happily works around our schedule, and is always on time. He always texts before he comes, and makes sure to address any extra needs we may have. I highly recommend Adams, and we couldn’t be any happier with both Adams and Justin.

After several years of being a customer, I'm considering moving my business. Other reviews complain about not getting their phone calls returned and I know why. I called a week ago and no one ever called me back. If this is how they treat customers when things are fine, how will they be treated if they had a real issue with their home? Considering my options.

Today we experienced the infestation of army worms. If you're not familiar with this pest- they can destroy your yard down to dirt in a few days. 2 weeks later the cycle continues and the worms/catapillars actually become more aggressive. I called adams on a Friday afternoon, concerned I wouldn't have grass remaining Monday.. Chris- took the call and showed up a little after 5:00. On a Friday. He treated my yard-'and gave a 30 day warranty. He was the only technician that responded. I am thanking Chris for understanding the problem- and showing up on Friday evening. Kudos Chris- thank you- and adams pest control for saving my yard!

Always have good service with Adams for termites and mosquitos.

The staff are polite, patient and professional and they all treat you like you mean something to them and the exterminators are very attentive, listen to you and sho that they care about what is happening at your home.

I have been with Adams Pest Control for years. I have never had a problem. I love my bug guy Tyler, he's the best. Whenever I call to schedule an appointment he calls sooner than later, he always works with my schedule and he's always on time. Whenever I see a bug, I call, whenever I see anything in my house moving, I call. ( LOL). He does exactly what I ask, and he sprays wherever I ask and then some. Thanks Adams Pest Control........ I gave four stars instead of five because every once in a while I still see a gnat or water bug here or there, I know or I don't think any service is 100% you won't see any bugs at all ever. If I never ever ever say bugs after a spray then yes, I would give a five star..
