Alex was really good, he didn't just call but also texted since we had signal issues just to make sure I was aware he was home to do my pest control svc. I had my side gates closed but he offered to come back whenever it worked for me.

Anthony from Yuma Pest came out to my home to spray. Since I'd had some termites in the past I asked him to do a visual check. He was very thorough. Their prices have gone up a little high, but I still have it done

He did a good job and was very informative. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He told us that if we had any problems with termites to let the company know.

I was going through a horrible diagnosis of stomach cancer , and asked them twice to call me before they came out. I was in Phoenix getting treatment, three hours away, I had to have my stomach and gallbladder removed, we were not home both times. My cat was in the screened AZ room , when they sprayed , if they did I wasn't there !! All this company cares about is MONEY !! They show up anytime with out warning, it's rude and unprofessional, so now they have turned me over to collectors. Please check out your options before you go with this company. Shameful people

He propped the gate open to go in the backyard and when he left, after telling me he was done, he left the gate wide open. All three of my dogs got out and were running around the golf course. Golfers don’t like that very well!

Twice they have left unsolicited material stuck down inside my screen door. This time I'm unable to remove it. A big no thanks from me
"0" stars if I could.....This company is soliciting their business by knocking on doors to promote, they leave door knockers that say that you are scheduled for an appointment for which you never scheduled. This action should be a crime to lie to promote your business.
I repeatedly tried to cancel this thing they talk they charged me and they charged me they don't show up they don't do anything when they come our cameras don't show them ever showing up very bad company if You're wise don't do any business with them
Wouldn't recommend yuma pest to anyone. They go against policy when raining they still have workers sent to my home to spray for pests meanwhile its raining washing all chemical away.. waste of money and time . Workers are great and always so friendly and helpful. Although company leaders obviously don't care about guidelines and customers money.
Worst customer service from the office staff. I called multiple times with a billing issue and was told they would call the next day. They didn’t even bothered. The guy Jose that comes to the house super nice and very hard working.
Beware! Shop around. We had Yuma Pest for 12 years, discovered a problem, showed them pictures. They promised to come out and retreat but never showed up. The person running this company can not be trusted, lied to us and the office staff threatened us. This is not a locally owned business. We actually went in, talked to the General Manager and showed him pictures. He said someone would be out to correct the situation. We never received another phone call or revisit. Funny, we are now getting an apology on Google reviews. I'm glad we switched companies and the price difference is amazing! Shop around!

I have paid for 5 yrs service for termite or what ever it is. I wanted peace of mind, but what I get is another headache. dealing with this company has been irritating. I would have went through another company if I would have known about this. I am about 2 yrs into the service within this last year I have had to call them 2 times sure I understand they tend to return or whatever. when the tech came by to service the problem areas he stated that a trench was to be dug and treated outside,and some drilling and foaming was to be done inside the home and he would clean the trails. The tech dug the trench outside and left. He never came back inside or knocked to inform us he was done instead he left and left us wondering what is going on. So I call them back wondering what is going on but from I can see is that they don't keep records of what they have done or plan. They even had it marked as they had already went by and treated when infact he was not done and I was not scheduled for them to return to finish that is upsetting. I should have been informed when he was finished or if he didn't finish and what still needed to be done. I hope they straighten this out. so I called on Thursday or Friday I was told the tech would call me he never did. Here's Monday and I called today to find out sure enough I was not scheduled for retreat but got added for thursday. This is ridiculous. Be more considerate and inform people or follow up on your techs to make sure things are getting done
Worst customer service experience ever. They charged us for services not rendered and kept sending technicians out after we told them we did not want to continue our service with them. Every time we call, we are put on hold for more than 7 minutes. Who has time to wait that long during work? You mention in your reply that our account was delinquent, yet failed to mention that it was due to our dispute with you and, you went ahead and charged our debit card without our consent. When I called your office, the supposed manager said she could not authorize a refund after admitting that you were not given authorization by me or my husband to charge our debit card. Then they tried to say that we were on automatic payments, but we never signed up for that, and if we had, then there was no reason for us to be delinquent for months, as you stated. Regardless of your reply here, our minds are made up about Yuma Pest.

After a review of your account, we found that 10 emails or phone calls and 6 mailed invoices were sent or attempted to reach you for payment (since July 2018), since your account had been delinquent for 5 months. We also called numerous times to schedule service with you at your convenience. We will often send our technicians out to perform an exterior service if we were unable to reach you for scheduling in order to protect your home and keep the guarantees we offer our clients in place. We strive to exceed our customers expectations, and we are available to speak with you to address your concerns. Please contact our office and ask to speak with the office manager, so that we have an opportunity to address your concerns.
