I started using Advocate monthly about 6 months ago when I noticed ticks being a big problem in my backyard. I'm happy to report I no longer have any issues with ticks after the second visit. They were really in to of it after the first appt they came again 2 weeks later for a follow up at no additional charge. Every single visit the bug guy was very through and always spent time explaining why posts can be a problem and simple things I could do to prevent them. I really think that is key in providing quality service by educating your clients. I had a new bug guy today, Felipe, and again he was great. He went a little extra and doorways my water meter where he noticed cacaroaches coming from there. He went ahead and did some extra measures to make their Lil home not so happy anymore then brought me out to show me and explain where they came from, possibly why they were there, and what I can do to ensure they don't become a problem in my house. If you're looking to get an excellent post service that is affordable I strongly recommend Advocate Pest Control. They are locally owned and operated so you'll get service from friendly local business that really cares about their community. I just can't say enough how glad I am that I was blessed to find their service.

Phillipe (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) is very informative and explains the process of treating your home so that you have a clear understanding of what to expect out of the services they offer. Very pleased I called them and even happier with the results and information/suggestions that Phillipe gave us. Would definitely recommend Advocate to anyone wanting/needing extermination services.

I really do enjoy this company. They have been taking care of my property for years and I have never had a problem with them. Never been a customer as of yet but from the amount of graciousness they give back to the community I am beyond greatful.

My husband and I were initially very excited about the prospect of retaining your company's services for our home after seeing the promotion you had listed last month for Law Enforcement. After reading the information and some of the reviews on your page, we felt that your company would not only do a great job, but also give us an added sense of security (knowing your company handles LE departments and your employees went through background checks). We had even passed on your information to a fellow officer who lives very close by, and had planned on both retaining your services. We planned on trying to schedule our appointments as close together as possible to make it as convenient as possible. Unfortunately, our excitement turned to disappointment as we were never able to get a hold of anyone. For approximately 2 weeks, we tried calling the number you have listed on your Facebook Page several times, beginning in mid-May, but no matter what time of the day we tried calling, no one ever answered.
