I switched services a few months ago and absolutely am so glad about my decision. The Customer Service is outstanding James the owner goes up and beyond for his clients. I’m kept apprised on their next visit prior to their arrival. I get a reminder which I love, makes it easier to reschedule if I have to. The technician Robert demonstrates superb customer service each and every time. I have absolutely no concerns or worries whatsoever of him in my home. He is so kind to my fur baby and answers all my questions. If you’re on the fence of deciding to switch or not, all I can say it was the best move I Made. PS. James thank you for your quick response this morning and taking care of the grasshopper issue that was going to take over my yard. You guys are amazing and truly grateful for you and the services You provide.

I recently had a representative from empire pest control do my biannual pest treatment. The fact that he was very professional and did a great job at my home is just the norm every treatment. What touched me the most was I had knee replacement surgery the day before the service and I was home alone. When he completed the service he came back into my home and asked me if there was anything he could get for me before he left my home. This is a testimonial of the kind of person that empire working for them. Not just a great tech but great people. Thank you so much.

I found a large number of fire ants invading my bathroom and kitchen. It was late at night. I am severely afraid of bugs but I sprayed with store bought insecticide to keep them at bay. I needed help. I filled out 3 online requests for an estimate from local "open 24 hour" businesses as instructed on their website. At 7:30am I decided to call Empire Pest Management. I received an immediate call back and within 30 minutes Tony was at my house doing a thorough walk through. He suggested a plan of action, gave me an estimate and with my ok said he could schedule me for that afternoon. I only received 1 call back from another business at 11:00am. Camden was an hour early and I was very happy to see him. He put me at ease and went right to work. I have not seen any ants since then. These guys are fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone who needs exterminator services!

Empire Pest was fantastic! We had a hive of bees move into the wall of our house. Empire arrived 15 minutes after we called to assess the situation and were able to do the extermination that same evening. Prices were up front and fair and the service was successful, no more bees! Definitely would recommend.

Empire pest control came out to our home and inspected everything from the foundation to the rafters in the attic. They did find we have a termite infestation and they gave us an up front quote to exterminate our termite problems. They were on time as scheduled, very thorough, and provided a written solution and estimate. Very professional, on time services.

Excellent service. The owner did a thorough inspection and answered all my questions. I signed up for service and Jose came by and did an amazing job. I was expecting the same big company service and was surprised at how much time was spent on detail. Look forward to having this company take care of all my pest issues.

Woody got to our home at scheduled time. He explained to us all about them pesty sewer cockroches. He inspected under our mobile and sprayed. Also inspected our inside. The inside was sprayed and all of our lot was sprayed. This guy knows his stuff. We are so happy with this company and will stick with them......Woody you are an asset to the company.

2 Saturdays ago, I was leaving my house to go get coffee when I was greeted by about 30 bees in my carport. It was a holiday weekend and early on a Saturday morning but I was able to get ahold of empire pest and they sent a technician out within a timely manner to help locate the possible hive and take care of the bees that were currently flying around my home. Andrew(who wasn’t even on call that weekend) was extremely professional and I am very thankful for his help.

I've been using Empire Pest for about a year now, I had roaches and some other small pests at my new house. After Erick came out and sprayed I have not had any issues with monthly service since. Purchasing a new build home, came with some unwanted house guests (scorpions, spiders, red ants, beetles, etc.) We used other companies that were always late, the pests were still there, technicians (always a different one) were rude, unprofessional, over priced and took all of 10 minutes to spray inside and out of our home. We have been using Empire now for over a year. We explained to our technician Matt, the problems we were having. He explained the reasoning behind it and the remedies to fix it. We also discovered we had a crickets nest in our front yard! (Scorpion food 🫣) Matt took care of it. These guys are punctual, professional, well educated in their profession, friendly and highly informative. They take their time to ensure they spray inside and out thoroughly. They don’t take just 5 minutes to spray and leave, which tells me they are getting everything coated and treated! Knock on wood, we haven’t had anymore unwanted guests inside of our home and anything outside are all dead. We highly recommend Empire for all pest services. Their prices are phenomenal compared to most companies here in Yuma and you get more then what most companies offer. We will never switch to anyone else! Empire is AMAZING!

Empire Pest is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with, from the owner to the technicians. I am from out of state and here assisting my Grandmother and called them to help me with a rodent and cockroach problem. They were very prompt with their response and initial visit, even starting the first treatment that same day. Woody, has been an absolute pleasure! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Although we do not like the "pest situation". Woody has made this process, much more enjoyable.
