Discovered active damage to the winter home and called Ramon. He responded very quickly and I am confident that there will be no more damage. Great company!

We had a rat infestation problem. It was horrible. Some nights, we'd hear them arguing and fighting within the walls. Anyway, I called several exterminators and Masters was the one I felt was more reasonable for what they were going to do for me. I paid it and they came out once a week for like 3 weeks in a row. They followed up around 2 weeks after the last treatment to make sure rats were gone and sure enough, no more signs of rats. They were very professional, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. It's been over a year since then and we continue to be rat-free. Thank you Masters Exterminators!

The best company in the city of Yuma and its surroundings, good service, good price and above all a lot of professionalism, 100% recommended.

Terrible service!! I hired them to fix a cockroach problem in Albergues, and the problem persisted! They sent two applications, and they were of no use. We gave them the opportunity to come a third time when we told them we were unhappy, and the problem persisted. Plus, the exterminator they sent only lasted a few minutes and then left!

The techs are very nice and are professional in the home. I used this company for 2 full years of prepaid service. The service was very reasonably priced. As I discovered, you get what you pay for. I had a cockroach problem. During each visit, I told the tech that the problem was not resolving. The tech gave the same response each time, they would spray and that should take care of the issue. Nothing more was done to assist the problem. I asked the tech to spray around the driveway due to ants several times and they would leave without spraying the area, leaving me to take care of the problem myself. During the full 2 years of service, they did not remove webs. I also had to call to schedule more than half of my visits as their office would not call to schedule. I found this strange as they called my neighbors to schedule their service and left messages if there was no answer. Perhaps prepaying was not a good option for service. This year, I called another exterminator for assistance due to my ongoing issues; they were surprised by the amount of webs all over my home and that the cockroach issue had persisted with no results. Since switching to a different exterminator, I have not experienced any further problem with roaches, my driveway is sprayed for ants each visit, and the webs are removed.

Well my father has had this company for years. They have done a great job. Until this year when we get ants in the house! They charged us $30 extra dollars to spray for them! Did nothing to get rid of them. So called back to have them come back out. Yeah that would be another $30!! They said they do not guarantee their work. Well just called 5 other people that charge the same price and guarantee their work. I did not misunderstand ! I called within a week of your service. Everyone else in the business guarantees their service for 30 days after the first visit.
