They did a terrible job and tricked my husband into signing a contract. Once you pay them, you’ll never hear from them again. They never came to our home to fix the problem, and when we tried to cancel the contract, they charged us a large cancellation fee. Be careful—I would not recommend this company. In our experience, it felt like a scam.

Complete scammers on their contracts. Was billed $150 for services that I never received had to pay an additional $200 to cancel services. Still had bug problems at the property, never sent anyone. Had pigeon nests removed and prevention spikes put up, pigeons came back and nobody came to remove the new nests.

Ian is a great guy and it's a shame he's trapped working for such a malicious company. Be warned. They allow technicians to trespass property when you are not home. They don't complete the service they say they do even with documentation for specific requests. The pests are not controlled and whatever they use doesn't work. They don't give you time frames for service on scheduled days unless you yourself tell them what time to show. They don't pay attention to your profile for specific requests. They charge a cancellation fee because of their awful practices and fraudulently concealing information. Disgusting business practice. Better business bureau has quite a handful with them.
