Good people to work with. For the past 8 years RAM PEST has serviced all our bug problems and have been great. They have been proactive and have defended our home against spiders crickets scorpions and termites. We haven't seen any bugs or spiders inside our home in 8 years. They take the time to answer all our questions and prompt at addressing any issues by coming back out when needed.

Technician phoned when he was 15 to 20 minutes out. He was polite and professional. Super fast service, 10-12 minutes tops to spray around the perimeter and take a peek under the house. But I'm discouraged that the price has increased each visit while the time spent seems to be decreasing.

The one time I spotted ants in my place a few months after having my home treated, Rams immediately sent a man out to take care of the problem at no extra charge.

I had a serious problem with an invasion of sewer gnats that had appeared out of nowhere. The problem was quickly diagnosed and remedied. I haven’t had to worry about the outside areas of my home in years. Ram Pest is professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I highly recommend Ram Pest.

Had Ram and Master Exterminators out for free quotes and Master Exterminators were $50 per month and Ram was $95 per month.

With the mosquito control we were going to setup and maintain 3 stations included in that price. $50 a month would not cover our cost for everything quoted. Unprofessional employees who do not consider people and their health while they are spraying chemicals. I politely asked an employee if he could refrain from spraying in my area for 10 minutes until the doctors office opened and he proceeded to tell me he’s on a contract has time constraints etc…then got an attitude and said he wasn’t going to go back and forth with me…bet. I called and complained—meanwhile while I’m sitting here typing this…10 minutes later, guess what? He’s still here, so not only could he have waited, he simply took it for granted that I wouldn’t report this. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional of your employees to do this in an area clearly designated (waiting bench) outside for patients at urgent care. DO BETTER!!!!!! By the way…I’m a journalist, I have time.

Hello I apologize for causing you to feel this way. I tried looking up account by your name. Don't have any matches so I assume we service your complex with management company. Depending on what service needs done we do have to move beds, couches, and other furniture as well as pull out drawers. Some treatments require all cracks and crevices to be treated. We acquired a property the previous owners been with Ram Pest nine years. Termite trails 2 & 3 feet long:( said the contract was P&T… meaning they spray for pest’s every 6 months however they do NOT treat for termites until the owner sees signs of termites!!! They called it Termite Waranty 🙄 I think most of us assume we are paying for treatment for preventative maintenance. Ask lots of questions so you understand what you are really paying for:(

I apologize you did not receive a response back. I went over our voicemails from last week with our office manager. Everything We got through was responded to. We would love to have your business and the chance to earn your continued business. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.
Had them come spray our RV, within a couple weeks we started to see more and more spiders. Called to see if they could come back out and spray and they said it would be $100 when we only paid $60 the initial time. Find a different company.

Had my house spot treated for termites. House was okay for a few months. Apparently this company does not guarantee their work because upon the termites return I was informed that my property was not under warranty so they refused to treat it again. Lady on the phone was nice but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this. I would look elsewhere for your pest control needs.
