Terrible service. I absolutely do not recommend them. I was with them for about three years, believing they were fumigating my house for termites when all they were doing was spraying water. Not to mention, they never did a proper fumigation when the house was built. Every time I called because I saw termites, they just came and sprayed water.

Excellent work and customer service! Trustworthy and reliable! I had termites, and they came out and treated. They said to call in 6 months to inspect. I just called and we scheduled an appointment and the secretary reminded me that there is not a charge, even if they have to do a spot treatment. Thank you Sun City! Gratefully, Yvonne Parker

DO NOT USE! Worst service ever. They do not drill. Today, they were supposed to do a full treatment. The guy got out, walked around the house, made a phone call, and left. A little while later, we were told the treatment was done. We are filing a formal BBB, city and state complaints.

I have been using Sun City pest control for about 15 years now. We followed our pest guy, Robert, over to them when he left the company we previously used. We continued to get the great service Robert had always given us, only now we were getting it at a great rate! A few years later, Robert left Sun City, and the profession altogether, to pursue another career path. It took going through a couple of different employees to find another good fit, but we couldn't be happier now being on Preston's route! I would highly recommend Sun City for their professionalism and affordability, and further recommend Preston for his professionalism, his knowledge base, and for being so personable with the customer.

So these guys just left, tall lanky white guy, built Mexican guy. They came out for treatment for termites. They were super rushed, took only 10min, and literally LEFT without telling us anything! We have no idea what they actually did and we were so surprised when they were leaving i thought they would tell us what they used or what they did ..nothing so unprofessional and I'm confused and very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND use another pest company. Only reason we used sun city, we had a warranty. Otherwise we would have gone elsewhere.

I've had nothing but great service from Sun City Pest. I have had them do termite treatment on multiple properties with great success.

Worse experience ever!!! Detected termites in my house and since I was still under warranty due to being a new construction, I called Sun City for retreatment. They "treated" and a few months later, I detected termite activity inside the house once again! Whatever chemical they used was completely ineffective! So I call them back to retreat and they refused to treat my interior walls. They wanted to charge me because my warranty had lapsed. So I had to pay now due to their inefficiency and negligence. Their supervisor showed up to my house today and not only was he the rudest... he even raised his voice at us! The nerve! Horrible service!!

Been using SunCity for our home pest control for almost 2 yrs now. Manny's office and field staff have been on time & professional at every interaction/appointment. Trust worthy and highly recommended!
