Ruben comes regularly to spray the outside and inside of my condo and afterwards, it's very rare that I ever see a bug, so obviously he's doing a fantastic job and I am very appreciative of him. Plus he's got a fantastic personality!

As much as I like the technician who sprays our house every month, the people in the office are unprofessional. They never get back to you when you call and leave a message. We’ve called twice now to confirm an appointment and they never get back to us. Why even have a voicemail if you don’t even call people back.

Some of the BEST customer service I've ever seen. Ruben and Mike came over, and from estimate to end of treatment they were extremely professional and courteous. My property threw a couple curveballs their way and they went above and beyond to see everything through. Pricing was great, customer service was awesome, and they were able to get things done in a decent amount of time. I was on their home warranty plan for 15 years and they had to come to my house every 3 months. I began to wonder if they even were treating the place. Terrible service.
