Showed up early and got rid of yellow jackets super quickly. The exterminator was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises in the future.

Roman did an excellent job, he went above and beyond in making sure the house was fully treated and we had all of our questions answered.

Holy moly. I wish there were more stars because Megan at Pied Piper deserves more than a 100% satisfaction review. Here's my story of pest-ewwww-woe and Megan-HERoics. In January of 2025, I purchased a condo that I later learned 1.) is vigilently protected by a highly-invested condo association board/management company and 2.) every summer, my unit's windows become covered with thousands of tiny black flies for months. Months! For months, I struggled to get rid of the bugs and advocated (begged) to be allowed to hire a pest control company to handle my infestation. While I appreciate being a good neighbor and respecting the "collective consensus" of any homeowner association, I was slowly starting to lose my mind while I waited for pest control approval. Every day, I woke up to visual sheets of black bugs moving, crawling, and flying on every window facing the water. None of the other neighbors had the same level of infestation, so I get the lack of urgency and also reluctance to allow exterior application of unfamiliar products. Unfortunately, I spent the summer without servicing (and daily episodes of gag-reflexes), but I did get conditional approval for pest control for the following summer. Pied Piper's management team and, especially Megan, worked hard to help me gain association approval. And then(!), this past spring, Megan preemtively followed-up with me and the condo management company to make sure I was scheduled for this summer. For the last two months, Megan has been meticulously on-top of my situation and has worked with the building management company (who represents the condo association and board) to ensure that I don't have to repeat last summer's ewwww-gag-fest. I am so grateful to Megan and to Pied Piper.

We’ve used Pied Piper Pest Control for years for annual ant prevention treatments, and their spraying has always kept us from having any ant problems. In the past, if we skipped treatments, we would end up with an infestation, so their service has made a huge difference for us. Last year, we also had a wasp nest that needed to be removed, and Drazen was the technician who came out. He was very polite, professional, and thorough, and he completely solved the issue for us. The nest was located in a tree, and he went to great lengths to safely remove it. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company and would highly recommend Pied Piper Pest Control to anyone needing pest control services.

We were very happy with the job Pied Piper Pest Control did to help rid our property of carpenter ants. Everyone we worked with starting with Kaylynn who took our order to the technician who treated our property was polite, professional, on time, and very skilled at their jobs. I called them on Monday, and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I had a large hornet's nest on the eve of my garage. They removed the nest, treated the area and took the nest with them. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone who has a hornet problem. Thank you.

A situation arose where a professional pest control technician was needed. I contacted Pied Piper for assistance and received an immediate response when a technician was available, and how to manage the situation until they arrived—super great service.

I am HUGELY impressed with Pied Piper! Their professional Tech, Jacob, came to my home to deal with an aggressive wasp infestation I had by my front door. Those little buggers were persistent and when they came back and reinfested the area, Jacob returned and dealt with the infestation a 2nd time. I was not charged for the revisit. He was on time, friendly, and very thorough! They definitely get 5 stars!

I still have mice, mice not eating the green block bait at all. My house is clean. I keep the trash in the refrigerator. I called a different company. Lets hope I have better luck.

These folks are super accommodating. Patiently answered all my questions and even gave me some tips on how to try and DIY the problem. Ended up letting them take care of the issue. The technician that showed up on site even suggested that my problem was not as bad as I imagined and charged less than the quoted price, saving me money. Great local business.

Weidner Property Management moved us into a bedbug infested unit at Brighton Woods on December 30th. Pied Piper was called in on 1/10, and the exterminator said he didn't see evidence of infestation. As the attached photos show, this was an established infestation. They were called back today, on the 14th, and we left our unit unlocked, per their instructions. We uprooted our cats, and my infant granddaughter for the second time this week. The worker said it was locked, and left. Unprofessional, incompetent, and absolutely unacceptable. They get no stars. Find a reputable company.

These guys are amazing in my mind! They're very helpful with information, quick and flexible with scheduling, and most of all the are very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the service that I was provided for my problem. I highly suggest anyone with pest problems to reach out and at least talk with these friendly and awesome people. They care about their work, and seem happy to be there to help you with your needs. Called them to ask about an inspection and got free advice over the phone instructing me on what to look for before formally having them come out for a reasonable fee. Very stand up guy and I would absolutely hire them for a job if needed as it seems there emphasis is in providing value and retaining customers, no wonder they have been around so long.

Arthur was very knowledgeable and helped us to address the issues we were having in the home we just purchased. I will use him and Pied Piper for all of my pest needs in the future.

We have been dealing with a very stubborn bee nest inside of an exterior wall where bees are migrating inside of units in the building. Piped Piper has gone to great lengths to respond timely and find solutions to help resolve the ongoing problem.
