To respond to their response, I initially was quoted on Wednesday, 6 days later they still hadn’t showed up other than to quote it. When I originally spoke to Jerry he made it seem like they were out doing work and could get to it in a day or two. Then they made excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t get it done. They should at least honor what was originally quoted since it was a result of them taking forever that I had to clear the debris from my walkway and driveway. I short Google sear

The original quote of $1500 was to cut down 4 big stems (clump of trees) and also clean up the one fallen stem. That was Thursday, first day of snow storm. Over the weekend the rest of the tree fell down. Client decided to cut up the fallen trees himself and piled them up in a big mess on the road.
I'm told Tall Trees might not be the cheapest around town but I definitely got great value for what I paid. Mike gave us the quote and, once the proposal was accepted, they gave us a schedule, reminded us near the time, turned up promptly and just got on with it. Benjamin and his team came out to do the work of clearing a very overgrown garden, drop three trees, and cut back a lot of pernicious growth like raspberry bushes. Cannot thank Dough enough. It was a terrible, scary situation and this company made me feel confident the bed bug issue was handled. Dough looked out for me without judgment, and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommended. Kyle was extremely thorough in examining potential areas of how the rodents were infesting our living area. He was so courteous that he politely informed us that we were eligible for a discount! Doug and Tim came in to set up the heat treatment in our home. They explained the process to us and answered our questions. Doug continued to stay in touch with us throughout the process. The next day Doug came back and picked up his equipment. He also made sure things were back in place if needed. We are so thankful for the thorough job Apex Pest Control did in our home

I needed peace of mind when I found some bugs that I thought looked like bed bugs. After one call Erich helped identify the insect. He was professional quick and incredibly helpful. I can now sleep without worrying. If we ever have any problems I’m definitely contacting them again.
