I called Eco Pro Pest Solutions on a Saturday. Hoping they would be open. Lucky for me they were. Best service, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

He explained what he was doing and how to prevent further infestations. We would highly recommend calling them if you have any pest issues!

Had a massive wasp nest in my shed. Kyle from Eco Pros pest solutions came out the next afternoon (ahead of schedule) and took care of the problem. If a follow up appointment is needed it's free but he got it done with the one visit. Would highly recommend.

Eco pros makes all the difference in the world when come to bugs. They been coming out to my house for a few years now. Customer service is great, the tech that comes by is very dog friendly, all around great service and what they do helps big time with the mosquitoes and flies.

they came out once before a 2 years ago did a good job . But eversimce we have been trying to get in touch with them to come back out and re sess our issue. No on answers the phon , it always says they are on the other line and their mail box is full whats going on?

Kyle was extremely thorough in examining potential areas of how the rodents were infesting our living area. He was so courteous that he politely informed us that we were eligible for a discount! 2nd time getting bed bugs, it's been a few years and unfortunately Bad Brad the bed bug guy and his beagle are retired now. I was calling around looking for someone else to treat my house and some guy from Eco called me back. I asked if they use aprehend because that is what Brad used. It worked and completely got rid of my bed bugs, Brad also told me aprehend is a fungus that kills bed bugs which makes it "natural." Brad said bed bugs are gaining a resistance to crossfire. The guy on the phone responds we use crossfire I don't know what aprehend is. I say ok thanks and try to hang up the phone and then he accuses me of being a competitor lol and disagrees with me for a few minutes. 1st of all I work at a hospital which is prob why I got bed bugs again. 2nd of all really bad customer service and somehow I know more about this dudes field of service than he does. I haven't received a treatment from another company yet but i would not use these people and I don't know why they call themselves "eco." Crossfire is supposed to be pretty harsh insecticide to your skin I've heard from a friend who had their furniture treated with it.

I dislike giving negative reviews, but it would be irresponsible for me not to offer this information to others. Eco Pros serviced my new/old house last year, and I was very pleased. We agreed that they would schedule me for regular service again this year. I was notified of this year's appointment by text and looked forward to the visit. I received a reminder text just a few days prior to the appointment. We were scheduled for a 4-6pm appointment on August 28th. When 6pm rolled around, I waited for 15 minutes to call them. I was reassured that they would be here soon and that they would leave a receipt on our door. About 2 hours later, I received a text apologizing for overbooking and not being able to make the scheduled appointment, but that they would be able to get to us on October 3rd when they returned from vacation. I texted back that I was disappointed and concerned that waiting until October would leave our house unprotected during a critical time period. I received no response. As a return customer who accepted and relied upon their appointment - scheduled by them weeks in advance - I was appalled to be left hanging in this manner. It was very unprofessional and reflects poorly on their business. I have since made other arrangements for the service.
