I wish I called Apex sooner. In less than an hour, they resolved a mice issue I had been fighting for months. Doug is a true expert, incredibly professional, and kept my dog’s safety in mind, too. Thank you, Apex!

They came out quickly and identified the issue we’d had for years. They helped us work through the issues and talked us through the life cycle of the pest. Could not ask for better service.

Apex is top notch! Great explanation of what was going to be done and how to prep for the service. Definitely recommend if you ever need to get rid of unwanted pests. Hope to never have to use them again but, will be our go to if needed.

Doug and Tim came in to set up the heat treatment in our home. They explained the process to us and answered our questions. Doug continued to stay in touch with us throughout the process. The next day Doug came back and picked up his equipment. He also made sure things were back in place if needed. We are so thankful for the thorough job Apex Pest Control did in our home

Have used them multiple time in palmer from. Rodents that wander in during the winter to carpenter ants and multiple Yellow Jacket nests that have stung my dogs My kid, my wife and myself Apex is the best predator when it comes to pest control

I hired them to install protection on my eaves to stop some squirrels that were chewing through the old attic vent fencing. The cost was high but I didn't have time to do it myself. They showed me some nice louvers that would be installed over the attic vents before I hired them, then they did a bait-and-switch and just stapled up some new mesh instead. They charged $700 for what was 1-2 hours worth of work and maybe $50 in materials. They also disconnected my security camera while putting up mesh and left it disconnected with no way to reconnect. I do not recommend.

Always prompt, always courteous, ALWAYS customer-focused. Excellent communication skills by everyone on staff, and the fieldwork by Tim and Doug is always top notch.

Josh came and ask us to leave. Chubbs and I. He said that he'd text or call. But never got a call from Josh. Instead I talked to Chris. And finally a mice shows up on the side of the house. I called Chris back. And the response was pick it up and take it somewhere where an eagle will get it. Oh my God!
