The crew was on time and my project was completed quickly. My only complaint was that I was not told I would be charged for them to notify surrounding neighbors of my spruce beetle spraying. I wasnt unhappy with the notifications, only that I wasnt told Id be charged for them to tape the notices on my neighbors doors. Otherwise, great service…… thank you!!

We use American pest for all our rentals. They do a great job but what keeps us using them is their professional, kind and knowledgeable staff.

They came out even though I was at work and were very helpful and they didn’t have to do anything thank God but they did give knowledge to my family

The Fairbanks tech never came or called. Called the office and they said they had no response from the tech that was supposed to be here today. Operator was nice, just really wish there was basic communication from the guy that had an appointment with me.

Only scheduled an inspection and the inspector only looked at one area that we showed him and said yes the pests were there at one time. He did not look anywhere else in that same room much less anywhere in proximity to that room. Then we would be charged a total of $725.00 before we received the 30 day guarantee.

A year after I went to their office and paid for the job, they threaten collection service. A simple job, they found no live bugs, has now cost me $550 plus agitation. Their original responsiveness was first rate. Their must be others.

Guy hasnt washed his contaminated clothes for years, and he sat at my dinner table. They spray sh!t all over for an "inspection."

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES This one man, with glasses was schedule to show up at 9am, showed up at 8:15 and then once I informed him that the person who needs him will not be available until scheduled time, the man got angry and snotty. "Well then I am leaving, I have other things to do" he states. He then comes back later in the day and tried to tell me he showed up at 8:45, when I have cameras and other witness showing that he was here at 8:15. Lastly, after the session which was today, he was absolutely difficult to deal with. He was not listening to any my request, and slamming doors. I will never use this company again, they are obviously hiring people who have psychological and emotional issues.

A regular customer of mine got a call from his neighbor to save a few bucks on spraying for spruce bark beetles. They sprayed about 15 to 20 feet. All the trees were hit right at the spray line and higher. He Lost all his 70 foot spruce trees (12) as well as the guy that put the plan together. They didn't follow the label. The label is not a suggestion, it's the law.

Currently experiencing bedbugs which Ive never had in the 15 years Ive been living in my apartment. Now my children and I are getting bit weekly after a treatment. I dont even think he did a proper inspection. Most of the outlets dont have the powder like their supposed to and he set his chemicals on my childs after shower towel and I couldnt figure out what this huge purple ring was until after my other son showed me he had the same thing on one of his boxes. I also called to ask why is he just spraying chemicals if the eggs are immune? He wont call back. My bites are turning into staph. I cant sleep. I need a different company

While the guy who came out for the service did a good job their office staff is horrible! I have dealt with them 3 times now trying to prove that my bill was paid. They have threatened collections even though the bill was paid. Even after sending proof 2 times previously I got yet another collections notice from them on June 20th. Spent more time on the phone with them and yet again they say I have not paid. Sent proof on June 21st and have not heard back yet. Will find a different company if I ever need pest control again.

WORST experience with any company I have dealt with, I have turned them into BBB and contacted the attorney generals office. I had to go back 3 years of multiple bank accounts to prove I paid them WHAT a SCAM ! They said they had over 1 million in uncollected billing and they didn't now who paid and who didn't. I find that hard to believe. They sent multiple bills to hundreds of customers if you can't produce a cancelled check from over 3 years ago they turn it over to a collection company...... Legal??? Spent hours at the bank paying for check copies. Use anyone but them!

Bad experience we had an appointment for 11:45am and they never showed up i own a 4plex we put out 24 hour notice for the tenants and some of them missed work to meet the requirements and they never came to treat or called to cancel nothing very unprofessional when I talked to them they act like they didn't know what was going on. I wouldn't recommend American pest management at all bad company. Talk about being pissed I was pissed to the highest of pisstiverty and you know your pissed then.
