I highly recommend Havard Pest Control. They handled the termite pre-treatment during the construction of our new home and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. After the house was completed, they returned as scheduled to install the termite bait stations around the property. I will definitely use them again on another build.

The Technicians, Tyler and Nick, who come to my home are very knowledgeable and very professional. They always offer ways to reduce my pesky pest problems. The always arrive within a few minutes of the appointment time and if for some reason, they get held up on another appointment, they always let me know.

The past two of my five years of service with Havard have been constant problems. No shows, no calls ahead so I can be home for interior spraying (if I pay for the service I want the exterior and interior both sprayed), the area guy (Nick) they sent my calls up to didn’t return calls until I became the pest, promises made to correct issues that wouldn’t get corrected until I called back numerous times, changed billing frequency without my authorization or any notification, fixed the issues once then never heard from them again, Nick promising several times it would be permanently corrected. He even gave me a credit with the last issue bc it had already happened so many times. Here we are again, I have not heard from them in approx 6 months, no service, no bill, nothing. The technicians that would finally come out seemed precious, and said I’m not the only one that’s had issues. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Would not recommend Havard Pest Control to anyone.

Have had this termite service for years. They call to make an appointment and arrive on time. Checked 21 canisters, told me the findings, put in new chemical sticks. Asked for indoor inspection first. During this all walls were tapped and inspected then reported UNINFESTED. Would definitely recommend this company.

Hired Arrow, had an issue, and they haven't been to my house in 3 months. They are a joke. I had Cooks, never had a problem. Fired Arrow and back to Cooks. You get what you pay for. Arrow didn't even try to address the issue. Had an employee carry roaches to my husband's truck, and they came in through a garage. Call someone besides Arrow.
