Worst possible experience you could possibly have with a termite company. They didn’t treat my garage even though termites were present. They didn’t cover any termite damage that occurred while under contract. Wouldn’t do inspections in spring, only middle of winter. Never inspected attic. Rude staff. Gave me a hard time during cancellation threatening to send me to collections for waiting until the last month of my contract to pay the final payment (always paid on time) and threatening to enter

4/15/22 Once again I received a call to schedule an inspection. I asked why I was up for another inspection since I'd just had one in November. I was told they got behind and now they were getting back on track, and they wanted to schedule the inspection asap. I had plans but we scheduled it between 9 to 10 today. I pulled in my driveway at 8:45 a.m. and waited until 10 a.m. NO CALL NO SHOW. I called the office to see if the agent was on the way. The person who answered the phone didn't know any

They say they have a 115 percent satisfactory garentee but not to me they lost there business from me over 9 bucks they wasted more money and time just driving out here cause they told me 180 not 189 they told me they can't help and left I'm so disappointed they lost a lot of business cause I was highly recommend to them !!!! I have to put one star for this comment but to me no stars
